Single Shot is a standout among Seattle neighborhood restaurants. I always feel like I'm stepping into a different world when I come here - a little slice of Europe in the middle of Cap Hill. The food is superb. After coming here for years, I have yet to be disappointed by a single dish. My only warning is that it's far too easy to fall in love with some dishes and miss them when the menu changes. My only consolation is, whatever replaces them will be just as delicious....
Some truly delightful food and service in a quaint neighborhood spot. Highly recommend the burrata, as well as the pork chop and gnocchi. The txomin wine was surprisingly refreshing.
Delicious, well crafted entrees with generous portions. Jason told great care of us at the bar. Well chilled martinis accompanied by savory dishes. Definitely one of my Seattle faves.
