This food was so good I actually sat in shock. You know the food is exceptional when the table goes silent. The tomatoes, crudo, and gnocchi were out of this world. Couldn’t have asked for more. I was upset that I got full.
I’ve intended to visit this restaurant for a few years now. But finally, one hungover Sunday morning called for some pancakes to revive me. Most the reviews I read mentioned the pancakes are the best item to get, so my girlfriend and I couldn’t resist.

Single Shot is a standout among Seattle neighborhood restaurants. I always feel like I'm stepping into a different world when I come here - a little slice of Europe in the middle of Cap Hill. The food is superb. After coming here for years, I have yet to be disappointed by a single dish. My only warning is that it's far too easy to fall in love with some dishes and miss them when the menu changes. My only consolation is, whatever replaces them will be just as delicious....
