As someone who doesn't have gluten sensitivity, I came with a friend who does and I was very pleased with the entire experience. The food and drinks were amazing and I highly recommend.
I recently dined at A Stir, a dedicated gluten-free restaurant in Seattle, with my gluten eating husband and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.
