My first time in Seattle and my first meal. My friend and I had a late dinner at Matt's in he Market, it was everything and more.Our dishes came in a timely manner, fresh and absolutely delicious. The ambiance is quite pleasant and so are the people. I had to compliment the chefs on their passion for their craft. It certainly shows in their preparation and presentation. It was overall a great experience.
We dined pre-show, with a view of the Public Market, and it was a short walk to the Moore Theatre. Beet and carrot salad was excellent, and the salmon entre was as good as it gets, in the opinion of a salmon savant.

It was one of the best meals I have ever had. Had a seat where I could watch the meals being prepped, which was fun. The service was amazing. They were very attentive and knowledgeable.
