“I went to the new tasting room at Brian, Carter and was very impressed with the whole experience. The tasting room was beautifully, and the wine and food pairings blew me away. Brian Carter does an amazing job creating delicious wines inspired by from around the world. He has been making wine since the 1970s, and draws many of his inspirations from Old World blends. The tasting room's newest chef, Nicholas Ames, has created the most delicious dishes that are beautifully plated. The Chanterelle-Oyster Mushroom Toast is delicious and pairs perfectly with the Roussanne. The Charred Broccolini might be my favorite item on the menu, with its toasted shallots and white balsamic emulsion - YUM. The 2020 Byzance was my favorite wine - it was smooth and complex, will only get better with age, and is perfect with the Red Wine Risotto, which is so flavorful and yummy - my husband loved it too. Also be sure to save room for dessert. The Opulente port is phenomenal, made even better by the chocolate mousse. I would highly recommend Brian Carter to any winos who love good food, foodies who love good wine, and anyone else looking for a great date night!“

It’s in a great area of Hollywood with easy parking and a huge outdoor patio. It has an owner/operator vibe and they are very attentive and friendly. Very reasonable prices for this area and quality. “Started as guests with another couple to their wine tasting experience next door at DeLille Cellars. Highly recommend to become a member if you love wine. They suggested we hit the restaurant DeLille next. The menu is very diverse and everyone should be able to find something to try. We all decided to all try 4 different entrees and two appetizers. Costs $$$$, but WORTH EVERY BIT! Appetizers - Bread Trio. This is not your ordinary "bread basket". Three different sliced breads with toppings- 4 types -Pesto (my fav), butter- fresh!!, I think a cheese ( it went so fast I didn't get to try) and a chutney? - it was delicious!!!!! Of course a Caesar Salad Dinner course - Tri Tip - looked delicious and did try... tender and delicious Scallops - looked amazing (I was going to get this but got Duck instead) - first time having scallops. MELT IN YOUR MOUTH DELICIOUS!!!!! I will get this next time. Lamb - Came with couscous with pesto. Never have had lamb. WOW delicious! couscous was amazing. Tasting all the components Chef put in the dish as one bite.... No words!!! So GOOD. A must try. Duck - this was my plate I chose. I had Duck one other time 35 yrs ago and it was memorable. This dish TOPPED THAT DISH. Chef served it with different white beans, spinach, cranberries, and surprise fried spring onion. The duck was tender, moist and cooked perfectly. The "bite" with all the components Chef had served - mingle of that cranberry with duck, white bean and spring onion was AMAZING. ( I can not, so I don't eat spinach ) Of all the dishes tried - we all 4 rated in order what we would order again... 1. Duck 2. Scallops tie with 3 but slightly edged out. 3. Lamp 4. Tri Tip Of course DESSERT- Two ordered the no flour chocolate cake w blackberries- RICH, very rich. The berries cut right through. Delicious Other two ordered the peanut butter fluff mousse - huge serving. Rich layers. If you LOVE Peanut Butter- definitely go for this. Both were heavenly! HIGHLY recommend DeLille Well ABOVE 5 STARS.“

“Was here on a sunny Saturday lunch. Walked in to be greeted attentively by servers and was offered complimentary champagne which was a nice surprise! Was promptly seated. Lovely decor and very open space, atmosphere was also exquisite.The food was not the most mind-blowing thing in the world, but it was good. I'd rate it a 3.5/5. You would think at it's price point the shrimp would be bigger. However I did enjoy their little french dip appetizer. If this restaurant is well within your price point, I'd say come and spoil yourself/your friends/partners/others. The food was creative, whimsical, incredibly well balanced. Wine pairings were impeccable and gave us a new appreciation for Washington vintners. The staff were so warm and knowledgeable. I put in my reservation 10 days ahead, and was fortunate enough to secure a spot.The shop is located in the Harbour Pointe shopping center, so there's plenty of parking available.The restaurant has a nice intimate atmosphere, perfect for romantic date dinners. For the occasion they offered a 3 course menu, with 3 options each for appetizer and main course, which included a vegetarian option.We went with the meat and surf and turf options and those were very tasty, we especially liked the Lamb lollipops. The portions were generous.Our impression was that the owner is very passionate about this restaurant, the food and the satisfaction of the guests and the staff is great, too.We definitely want to come back on one of their regular days.“

Shortly afterwards we stopped in and had some breakfast. All the baked goods are Macrina bakery. All their food is locally sourced which is really great. I would say our breakfast was good, not fantastic though, we are pretty sure the scrambled eggs are pre cooked. We would definitely like to give their lunch items a try in the future.“
“Sand point is the perfect restaurant with its unique setting and calming atmosphere. The first time I ate here the chicken sandwich was a mega hit! I have personally coined it as the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The service is timely and friendly, and each waiter/waitress makes you feel right at home. Even when it might seem busy, they handle a full house very well. I’d recommend anyone to eat here if having a great night is something you need!“

“Was great! Went for my birthday, family brunch. Those times they were quite stingy about outside food.-The family brunch, i brought a gluten free muffin for my mom (she’s celiac) and were petty about it. I don’t get why a GLUTEN FREE food item was a problem… we still got many other items and still gave them a 20% tip.-My birthday, I had my nephew join us and they were also petty about a donut he was finishing up. It’s a CHILD.-went recently and they were better (plus it wasn’t as busy) but bummed to find they don’t have labeled on their menu that dietary restrictions are an upcharge.Dietary restrictions: gluten free… they have it on their menu but they don’t have that it IS an up charge!“

I’ve also celebrated a friends anniversary party at their tasting room where the wine was flowing and the food was delicious. 10/10 would recommend and always look forward to our experiences at this winery!“
