Their set-up is clean and professional looking (you WANT their food truck in your parking lot); their staff is courteous and friendly; they offered a diverse and interesting menu; and our plates were prepared quickly. Oh, the food... top notch! I had the turkey club, my daughter had the mac & cheese... both with their crispy, delicious french fries. AMAZING!“

“Took my parents to dinner at DeLille Restaurant and all 4 of us had a great experience. For starters, the ambience is a cool mix of 'winery' and 'restaurant' and even though the space is large, is was surprisingly easy for the 4 of us to have a conversation without yelling! (Big win with older folks). The service staff was all outstanding and very engaging. The wine was (of course) excellent. The food....was divine!
We ordered several items and shared them all:
Brussel sprouts - we all agreed we would go back just based on those alone!
Caesar salads - perfect dressing
Steak Frites - maybe the best fries ever and the steak was delicious
Beef Tenderloin and Pork Tenderloin entrees- each had perfect sauce (are you seeing a trend? :-) and the accompanying sides were all great too.

From start to finish Kimberley was very enthusiastic and friendly, and answered all my questions about things on the menu. Along with some other dishes, we ordered a pasta that was perhaps not to our taste and K was very perceptive and noticed our dissatisfaction without us saying anything. We were already impressed with her and she went even beyond this and caught us as we were leaving to apologise for the dish. We're very very impressed and haven't seen this level of service in any restaurant in the PNW, and we've been eating from Tacoma to Vancouver! For this alone, we will be back! “A complete wonderful experience on a Tuesday after 6:00 pm. There was ample parking available. We appreciated the menu options and added availability of gluten-free pasta, which were explained by the server. The chef did a great blend of spices with the foods. So, we opted for shareables with salads, which matched well with a 2021 Tempranillo from Yakima, WA. Service was excellent and the weather ideal for sitting outside.“

“Frank's is my favorite place in town to get oysters on the half-shell. The vibe is warm, relaxed, and welcoming. The bread with ash butter and sea salt is a favorite. The oysters are fresh, plump, and succulent. The champagne mignonette is flavorful and delicate so as not to outdo the oysters. We tried a seasonal dessert: nectarine, rose, and pistachio pavlova. Everything is delicious. Finally, the service is impeccable. We always feel special when we are here and we can't wait to visit again soon!“

“My wife and I have come here for the drinks and occasionally truffle pommes frites or some oysters, but this time we tried some of the other menu items for dinner. My wife got the Halibut (Chapter 6) and I got the Mushroom Pasta dish. (Chapter 5)

I asked Casey if he recommended the mushroom dish and he said it was one of his favorites. I'm not a foodie, so I don't get overly excited over food but let me tell you... It was so good that it prompted me to write a review about it. I actually felt an endorphin rush from eating it! My wife loved the halibut, (which I also tried) and I would say getting her to eat fish is usually a challenge unless her fisherman father prepares it!

I would recommend a Manhattan or Old Fashioned, which Casey also pointed me towards some new Rye to try. Fantastic as always!

I had placed an order for oysters but apparently they were forgotten, but I was so enamored with the mushroom dish that I didn't even care. Casey offered them to me on the house as he felt bad, which was a very nice gesture. I wasn't upset at all!

Now we would like to try all the other dishes, because if both meals were that good, how can they miss with anything else?

“My wife and I went for the fixed menu with wine pairing. We have never felt so welcomed in a restaurant. The greeting and the farewell were both very nicely done. Stunningly delicious, original and creative food. The vibe was excellent. Lots of very nice touches. A truly superb experience. “Made a reservation with Nick on the phone for 8 gals as part of a social club meet-up—he went above and beyond with a friendly demeanor to set us up in the private room. When a 9th person showed up (by my own error) the staff was more than accommodating. Nick also served us—seriously, what a nice owner! He and his staff took amazing care of us. Food was really good too! The half charcuterie was really nice portion for 1 and the hand cut fries were a tasty share. I also enjoyed the blackbean burger, though it’s a little messy, it tasted great. Nick also made some of us an off-menu mint lemonade ginger beer mocktail that was summery and refreshing. The atmosphere was busy and cheerful—will be visiting again!“

My friends ordered the Sausage & Pepper Rotini and left just as happy. The only curveball? No mocktails listed on the menu. When I asked, our server looked a little unsure but offered to make a virgin Momotaro with ginger, peach, mint, lemon, and ginger beer. It was fantastic—definitely worth ordering again. Still, a mocktail section on the menu wouldn’t hurt. After lunch I wandered through the shop and ended up picking out a couple of games for our next game night. Couldn’t resist. “This was located in the Hilton Garden Inn where me and my wife were staying. The bartender was very helpful and makes a great old fashioned! She was knowledgeable of the city and provided some suggestions on places to go during our stay. I did not have any food but they did have a variety of options.
