AKB is a hidden gem hotel bar in the greater Puget Sound Area. The warm ambiance, complete with a fireplace and comfortable seating, creates a cozy atmosphere perfect for a girls' night out. The bartender, Amy, is exceptional, providing attentive, kind, and engaging service. The food is wonderful, with the ahi bites being a highlight. The look and style of the dining space are appealing, offering a cute vibe. The cocktails and snacks are delicious, making it one of the favorite places to bring friends in the area. The menu includes a variety of options, such as omelette with chicken sausage, bacon, and Swiss, served with potatoes, and avocado toast with over easy eggs, all enjoyed with well-prepared coffee. During visits, guests have also tried charcuterie with pretzel bread, brie fondue, brussels sprouts, and fish tacos, which received mixed reviews—while the charcuterie was a favorite, the fish tacos were lukewarm and mushy. Despite occasional slow service, the overall experience at AKB remains warm and inviting, thanks to its friendly staff and comfortable setting.
