Breakfast at the AKB was a lovely experience - cappuccino, eggs, potatoes were well executed and mighty tasty. It was Sharon's warm hospitality and excellent service, however, that brought us back again. She is a fantastic ambassador for AKB.
I was there in the morning when Hillary was working and an older gal. I didn't catch her name. But let me tell you the level of customer service Hillary gave us is out of this world. You can really tell she takes pride in her job and all with a smile. Even when being talked down to in front of customers by another employee who is clearly older and should know better than to act like that. If it wasn't for Hillary then I would have probably walked out do to the attitude...
I stopped by AKB Hotel Bar at Archer Hotel Seattle and honestly, Sharon made the whole experience. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel welcome right away. Her service was relaxed but attentive, and she had great recommendations without being pushy. It’s clear she really cares about what she does, and that kind of energy makes a big difference when you’re traveling. She genuinely made my stay better — the kind of service you remember long after you leave.
