We had an amazing dining experience! The food was excellent, and the service was truly the best.
We ordered a Caesar salad with blackened salmon. The dish was brought out with chicken and the server took it back. The meal was then brought out a second time, again with chicken, and taken back to get salmon. When the salmon came on the third attempt it was undercooked. Eric the manager came back with the same piece of fish on the plate and insisted that undercooked salmon was the “proper way” to cook it and was extremely condescending .
