“Friendly staff. They have a really good red ale, a kind of beer that is often hard to find. They sell in in a six pack of cans also. Large indoor space with TVs, a nice covered outdoor area also. A really good semi-hipster playlist was on. Many dogs with their owners on site.“
“Lobo Hills is my favorite in Woodinville! The staff is very friendly, always ready with a smile and a recommendation. Each sip is like a little escape, can be perfectly paired with delectable bites that elevate the tasting experience. Plus, they've got a lineup of events that'll keep you coming back for more. You won't be disappointed!“
“Jim was a great curator of our tasting experience. A very reasonable $10 fee allowed us to taste two recent wines and three wines from his library that were great. I find that almost every other tasting room has wines exclusively from their recent vintages, and many just taste too young (whether it be too tannic or just too bright/fruit-forward). But tasting a few wines that had spent some years in the bottle gave them a level of complexity and approachability that were a cut above most other wineries. Walked away with a few nice bottles to savor at home.“
“If you want a fun and intimate wine tasting experience, come to Panther Creek Cellars! Jaqueline is the lady you need to see! I told her, I've been to a few wine tastings up here. She has made this my favorite winery to come to! She is so funny, inviting and really kind. Come to Panther! We are also coming right back up here in a few weeks before we go to a concert!“
“I went to the new tasting room at Brian, Carter and was very impressed with the whole experience. The tasting room was beautifully, and the wine and food pairings blew me away. Brian Carter does an amazing job creating delicious wines inspired by from around the world. He has been making wine since the 1970s, and draws many of his inspirations from Old World blends. The tasting room's newest chef, Nicholas Ames, has created the most delicious dishes that are beautifully plated. The Chanterelle-Oyster Mushroom Toast is delicious and pairs perfectly with the Roussanne. The Charred Broccolini might be my favorite item on the menu, with its toasted shallots and white balsamic emulsion - YUM. The 2020 Byzance was my favorite wine - it was smooth and complex, will only get better with age, and is perfect with the Red Wine Risotto, which is so flavorful and yummy - my husband loved it too. Also be sure to save room for dessert. The Opulente port is phenomenal, made even better by the chocolate mousse. I would highly recommend Brian Carter to any winos who love good food, foodies who love good wine, and anyone else looking for a great date night!“
“Been here twice now and have to say some of the friendliest and most accommodating staff you will find in the Northwest. Oh and their wines are incredible, they don’t have food so make sure you eat before or make plans to eat afterward :)“
“We found this tasting room through the 2021 wine passport and instantly fell in love with the Spanish style varietals. Allison and Randy were great in explaining each tasting we were having. My wife and I, along with another couple we were with decides to join the wine club that day. We always enjoy coming back for an event and/or tasting.“
“Came here on vacation and glad we stumbled across it. The wine names are based on hiking trails and Rae was very knowledgeable about the area, wine, and hiking. We really enjoyed the conversations we had with her. The rosé is not a typical rosé but absolutely delicious. You can 100% tell that the owner has a passion for hiking, wine making and sharing her love with others.“
“Moved a few doors down. (Don’t waste a tasting like I did at Village Wines, which was good but not what I was looking for.)Some Darby wines have a funkiness that detracts from the overall experience. But it’s a very fun group of staff and overall the wines are good. I found a couple to take home with me.“
“Came here for a Christmas party with 25 girls and reserved the back room. Kind of hard to find the location since it's tucked away in a dark corner of a commercial building parking lot, but nice when you enter the establishment. Extremely nice and friendly staff who let us sample two beers/ciders before deciding which to get. Small, but great variety and seasonal options as well which is what we ordered and fully enjoyed. Clean establishment, bathrooms and ample free parking! I would stop back in here if I was in the area for sure!“
“We visited this location for drinks and snacks. Food was better than expected. I specially loved the hummus. Crab cakes were also good, a nice touch with papaya. They also have a good beer selection. It was pretty empty for a Friday hh time, but we actually enjoyed that because we were able talk.“
“Pretty darn good, "mellow" (IMO) reds here!! Only wish I wouldn't have disliked the first tasting on the "Bold" flight. Good hostess working when my fiancée and I went 12/2 and our bottle to take home was reasonably priced.“
“Wow! Wow! I am beyond impressed with this venue, the service, and care for my guests! I recently held a Christmas event at JM’s and my whole experience with Risa and her team blew me away from start to finish. Kind. Helpful. Accommodating. Treated us like we were the most important customers. Quick communication. All of my guests were so impressed by all the things. The grounds were impeccable and the inside of the venue, absolutely stunning! I definitely look forward to another event here!“
“WE LOVE BC WINE! This is the wine we buy and save on our bar cart for a nice dinner or when friends who love delicious wine come over for a game night. I’ve also celebrated a friends anniversary party at their tasting room where the wine was flowing and the food was delicious. 10/10 would recommend and always look forward to our experiences at this winery!“
