We happened upon the Diller room on our way back from Pikes Place market … what an unexpected but fantastic stop! If you love bourbon (and we DO) this lovely historic bar is a must visit. The bottle selection is exceptional, and Shawn our bartender provided great pours and the most welcoming attitude despite how busy he was!! A true gem of an experience in the emerald city!
love this place! Rob really knows his stuff! stop in and have a drink. ask about their barrel picks and house old fashioneds!
