“Small cafe with friendly, attentive staff and great food. Have been there twice with my sister; both times she had the cobb omelette and raved about it. I had a cubano which was thick and satisfying. Had to take half home. Next visit I had a classic eggs benedict. Also yummy. Place was busy on the second visit but the service was still great. Glad I tried this place. I'll be back!“

“Best Breakfast I have ever eaten!!!!! Was flying out of the airport next day and we wanted something other than Denny,s (sorry not sorry) The wait staff and small restaurant atmosphere was perfect!! I had the Baked egg in Pesto sauce so darn good, potatoes seasoned but not overly with a touch of crispness, the bacon was cooked to perfection (the whole piece not just part of it) my friend had the Mac and cheese for breakfast, which I have never thought of, excellent as well. Sure wish I lived there I would be going back for lunch and dinner!! Thanks Chef and everyone here!“

“Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. I had the Creole Andouille Chicken Pot Pie. The crust was a little burnt, and there was no bottom crust. I LOVE pie crust so not a great start. The filling was not as flavorful as the name implies. The consistency of the filling was sparce and thin like gravy, the andouille was bland. Also, there weren't any carrots in the filling. My sister had the grilled rib-eye steak and asparagus tips. She said it was good. I am willing to go back and try something else. Crying in Creole roots.“

“The best burgers Burien hands down! The fresh veggies on the burgers are very fresh. The patties are very welled seasoned, not one bland bite. The beer battered fries were crispy and soft at the same time. Five star customer service from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, and a very clean establishment. Been here twice already I'll definitely be back for a third plus more! See ya next time Red Wagon!“

“We ended up at The Point because the place down the street could not accommodate our group. We made the brunch hours by 20 mins. We were surprise how food looks more restaurant quality than Pub foods. I got waffle with strawberry but it was not fresh strawberry or it was purée strawberry sauce. My group enjoyed their foods and drinks, sorry no pictures. You ordered at the bar and they bring you your foods. There is water station. The bartenders were friendly. We even played board games after our meals.“

“Had an absolutely delightful meal with friends. Had never been before even though I’ve lived between West Seattle and Burien since 2009. Had a steak dinner, apps, bourbon and beer, and all was spot on, but the standout was the grilled vegetables on the salad menu. Divine. I would go back just for that.Vegetarian options: Had several options that would appeal to vegetarian preferences. The grilled vegetables salad is don’t-miss.“

“This place is very cute, and gives old school diner wood cabin vibes. The waitresses were really nice, and continued to come by to refill coffee. Our orders were fine, but nothing so special I’d write home about it. They delivered a classic well cooked omelet though and for that I give them 4stars. I’d happily come back here if I was in the neighborhood, but I wouldn’t seek it out.“

“Low-key one of the most lit bars for the middle age crowd in Burien. We were definitely the youngest ones there and we’re in our 30s but the energy was good so Who cares? We came super early and there wasn’t a ton of people there, but there is stuff to do like pool and pull tabs. There are lots of places to sit and it’s a pretty large bar. We noticed that the very large stage was being set up for a band so we came back late night and the place was hopping. Definitely couples dancing, great music and a really lovely crowd of people. There was one creeper there getting in our faces, but the bar folks had our back and said he was just the typical ridiculous regular. We noticed that they serve food too, but we didn’t eat there so can’t vouch for that. The servers were maybe a little cold to begin with but warmed up when they noticed, we weren’t a bunch of hipsters trying to move in on their space just some curious Burienites, wondering what was going on behind the doors of Elmer’s.“

“I have seen this place advertised a few times across some of the social media sites. So we finally decided to give them a try. It was great. Really good space and a bit of a remembrance to the original space. A tin forming metal shop back in the 1930s and now a sharp little bar with attached theatre space. They make a dang good cocktail. Located in old Burein, they are worth a visit.“

“A neighbourhood diner-style restaurant in Burien, a few minutes away from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. “This restaurant is such a gem. I think that hands down they have the best posole in town. But the reason we come back time and time again is because they make my two kiddos under 5 Feel loved and welcome. Everybody from the staff to the customers has a smile on their face whenever we come no matter what day or time and it feels as pleasant as a family restaurant should. Like I said the posole is the best in town, the kids menu is fantastic, and their rice and beans is ready in 5 minutes If I need a swing by because I didn't plan out dinner correctly! Theire enchiladas were fantastic- basically everything we've tried has been a major hit. Love this place. Will keep coming back until I'm a regular ?“

“Pool tables, shuffleboard bowling. Full bar and a kitchen. Come to meet the locals. I went on a Tuesday late afternoon, and there was hardly anyone there. I sat at the bar, there was a small group at a table behind me and 3 guys at the end of bar. So, this feels like a a workingman's Sports dive bar, for lack of a better description. The decor is ehhh. I mean, what you notice are the TVs, and the games, the pool tables the shuffle bowling, the broken pinball machine. Which I asked about, and the bartender said it was giving away free games so they shut it off. Oh Oh can I plug it in just for an hour please? The waitress/bartender was very nice and attentive. I asked what "The Thing" is here to eat. She said the Tacos, it's taco Tuesday today. "OK", said I "bring on the tacos!" She said I could have them hard or soft so I chose soft. Now, looking at some of these other reviews, it appears that the burger is probably "The Thing". The Tacos are NOT. I'm from LA, or have been for the last 40 years, and I have had great tacos in my time there. These were boring, just this side of tasteless. So maybe this place is jumping on a Friday night, maybe the Burgers are great. I was generally not impressed, and if the burgers are really the thing, don't steer us towards the terrible tacos. So here comes the score card: I start with 5 and deduct from there. Bland boring decor, OK, minus 1/2 star, Terrible Tacos, and compounded by the fact that they were recommended! OK, minus another 1/2 star. So, That leaves 4. OK, that's not too bad. If I'm ever there again, I will have the burger! BTW, if you enjoyed my review or found it useful funny or cool, please don't hesitate to click the little button to say so, or better yet, go ahead and friend me! “Went last nite for the first time. It felt a little weird being seated. There was a waitress with glasses that skipped the party in front of us to be seated. We asked her if we could sit in a booth further into the dining area and she said no. It felt like she seated us in another person’s section so she could pick the tables she was waiting on. We ended up getting a super nice waitress and she was on it. The food was perfect and the overall experience was great.“
