“~20 pinball machines excellently maintained. A couple electronic dart boards and a claw machine. They have karaoke, bingo, and trivia nights every week. Open mic nights the last Friday of each month. Saturday and Sunday morning sing along brunches. Monthly IFPA pinball tournament the last Thursday of each month. It's not a gay bar but is very gay friendly and has the occasional drag show. Very eclectic crowd.“

“Never been there before so we tried it at first we had to wait a little longer for our menu it was busy and we can tell it was just 1 waitress but once we got started she was good our drinks came out fast and our steaks were delicious and very hot and fresh. Everything was perfect. It's a bar but yes you can still bring in your family :)“

“I went with friends and liked it more than I expected to. The vibe was comfortable, not too loud, not too fancy, and honestly that balance is harder to find than it should be. It was easy to sit, have drinks, talk for a while, and not feel rushed, which made it a great girls night option. Go when everybody wants to go out but nobody wants chaos.“

“We decided to try this new Mexican restaurant and bar in Des Moines and we were surprisingly pleased. The food is really excellent, and the service was also really friendly and personable. I think this might be my new favorite Mexican restaurant!“

“It's a great hole-in-the-wall kind of place. It's not huge, it's a little older, but it's all part of the charm. It really makes it work. I enjoyed the time that I had there. The beer is cold. The whisky is actually quite affordable compared to everything around. They have some really good bottles, which again you don't expect in more of a neighborhood bar, but it works.“

“Nice vibe, sucks that the one and only TV was broken on the night of the 1st football game of the season but we watched it on a phone. There was no AC seemingly so it was super hot and when you’re getting tipsy the warmth is that much worse. The cider is a mix of yummy and mid. We tried several cider flights, about 12 flavors and I only really enjoyed maybe 3? Anyways the food was great, my partner and I tried the circus burger, basket fries and the popcorn chicken. WARNING: it’s not really popcorn chicken. I was hella hungry thinking it was actually gonna be popcorn sized and so I ordered the 20 piece, BIG MISTAKE, if you’re one person, order the 8 piece. It’s not popcorn sized or even chicken nugget sized. It’s like even larger than if you ordered boneless wings at wing stop. Not bad, just ordered too much food and I unfortunately get the OPPOSITE of the drunchies! Attached photo for reference. It’s delicious though and so is the sauce.“

“Anthony’s Homeport Olympia: We’re big fan of the Anthony’s franchise and this is by far the BEST one!!! Our food was very unique and had flavors we’ve never experienced before. The fish was absolutely fresh. The salmon cakes and prawns were to die for. Don’t even get my started on the crab dip! Truly the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is so welcoming and nice. The views are beautiful of the capital and sound. We had the most amazing waitress, Beth. Highly recommend this place.“
