Parkway Tavern checks all the boxes — great beer selection, delicious food, good music, and a really cool neighborhood atmosphere. It's tucked right into the middle of a residential neighborhood and feels like a true local spot.

The French dip was excellent. The roast beef was perfectly grilled, flavorful and tender, and the sandwich was really well done.

Bonus - the bathrooms were super clean!

“Wait staff was very friendly and prompt. Food came out promptly had the whiskey cream sauce poutine highly recommend the daily special was half a rack of ribs. Dry rub. Ribs were very tasty slightly dry but very much edible and delicious. Coleslaw was a pleasant surprise, having the pineapple in it beans were on point. I personally was not a fan of the dessert. I had the cream puff pecan ice cream dessert it was prepared. Well, it looked good. It was personal preference not liking it. It was taken off of my bill not at my request. “The building itself is so interesting and worth the trip there, but we were unhappy with the service. We had to wait way too long for our food and one order was the wrong sandwich. We chose not to send it back because we already had waited far longer than expected, but this one was more expensive and no offer of any compensation. We will not be returning soon.“
