“Ordered the Snoop Munchie Meal and they didn’t have the Brownie in stock, so they asked me what I wanted to replace it and I just said “a small cheeseburger would be fine.”Not only did I get the burger, but they upped my drink to a Large and coolest of all, they gave me a Jack Pineapple Air Freshener that I didn’t even know existed!Excellent service guys, you didn’t have to do any of that, it’s really appreciated to see service like this is still out there. “As someone missing Mexican food truck cuisine since switching to a full vegan lifestyle, Rojo’s comes the closest to scratching that itch so far. On entering I was happy to see they had plenty of seating and friendly staff. I only had the tacos Al pastor to try with rice+beans and just by appearance alone it was already taking me way back. I could hardly wait that I had to pull over and have a taco on my way home and it was everything I missed about authentic Mexican food truck fare. Will definitely be back but won’t be soon enough!“
“Bigger than expected on the inside! The staff were really nice and I really liked their salsa bar as well as eclectic array of hot sauces I've never seen before anywhere else. The food was really good too. We got the carnitas tacos quezzabirria, and chicharon tacos. Favorite bite was probably the Birria, how could you go wrong with a deep fried taco? I really enjoyed the tortillas they are using which appear to be hand made. The softest ones I've had in Seattle.“
“This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. The service is incredible, always so friendly, giving out samples and giving out information about the foods. This place is authentic with food made with ingredients strait from Oaxaca. The ambiance is beautiful. It is very colorful and decorative. It’s right next to the original Starbucks so it is very busy. Their tacos and tamales are my favorite. I will say the food can feel a little heavy. This place is definitely worth a try to at least go once.“

This is not your typical mom-pa place with so many choices. I got a torta that came with steak, potatoes and chorizo. I also orders the chips and salsa . Chips and salsa were fine. Torta was different from a traditional Mexican torta.I also order a chicken adobo taco. It was alright.Overall, a nice place to eat by FAR from being “authentic Mexican” food.Bonus: they have Jarritos, squirt , and other Mexican pop“
“It was my first time going here based off a recommendation - and to make a larger order - and we were not disappointed. We ordered lunch for our staff team of 25. From the beginning, the gentleman helping me on the phone was very nice and tried every avenue to communicate to ensure my questions were being answered - and I had a lot.I ended up going inside to talk with them in person and see what their catering options were for our group. The same gentleman from the phone/texts walked me through the options, and even made calls to someone else to see if they could provide other options for us. They were very kind, patient, and accommodating. We order nearly 75 birria tacos, rice, and consome. Everything was fresh, incredibly delicious, and very hearty. (We were all surprised how big and full the tacos were.)Very happy with the customer service and overall food. We will be back for future large orders, and I will personally be back for more of those birria tacos! Incredible.“
