It's a restaurant in a gas station so I think even if it was the best restaurant in a gas station I've been to, I still would only give the atmosphere 4 stars.One thing that didn't impress me was the speed of the food being made. “This a much needed and great addition to that little shopping mall. They've come a long way in a short time. My family orders from here likely once a month if not more now. The street tacos are wonderful, the mulita's are so so tasty and the fajitas (shrimp) are outstanding. The staff/family that run it are very professional and nice. Kudos to them. “Will forever be a stop for me when I'm flying into SeaTac. The burritos and quesadillas were so delicious and cooked to perfection despite a small wait and to our surprise there was actually a space to sit down and eat when we got to the truck, so it's perfect for those on the go or looking to relax a bit. The menu has so much more that we want to try eventually. Great prices and great service.“
“Their business is out of a trailer they have parked in the Reber Ranch parking lot, and the smells that come out of their kitchen (divine!) is what drew me to check them out! The food is excellent - particularly the street tacos. The hostess is very warm and friendly, the chef looks like he takes his craft seriously - which results in great food! “I had the carreta plate. (The wagon plate) which is 1 chicken tamale 2pc pork chucklin, 1 pupusa 1 taco , 5pc yucca fried, good portions. And good taste, but should say what really stood out was the steak on the taco was really good, nice flavor and no fat on it. Also the red taco salsa is spicy and goes with the taco. Although the place is Salvadoran the tacos where small but satisfying.workers are friendly and attentive. Patient. Will go back for more.Parking: Inside a 76 gas with carwash station lot. “Holy moly this place is absolutely delicious! I had to fish tacos as recommended by the other reviews and they were really awesome, along with the taco al Pastor. My husband had the burrito and it was very delicious, the tortillas super fluffy. We look forward to eating at this place again when we are rolling through Federal Way. It’s places like this that keep us interested in discovering all the hidden gems around this area. They also have Mexican sodas and other delicious looking things on the menu..“

We might have come on the chef's off day because the food was good but seemed to be missing something.We'll definitely give them another shot some time in the future.March 2024It's been a year or two since I've visited 5 Hermanos. I was very pleasantly surprised today! The food was great! I had tacos al carbón which were very flavorful. The beans were awesome! My wife who avoids them at all costs actually liked them.The prices did increase but by a reasonable amount and the portions didn't shrink!We're going to definitely come back soon.“

I asked for jalapeños in my burro but yo ?I thought they were gonna gimme a watered down version with no spice and plenty of vinegar, nah fam, those jalapeños were freshly rolled and chopped WITH SEEDS ???. I had to order a second carne asada burro after I wolfed down the first(no jalapeños this time) and saved it for the next day since I would be miles away from civilization and a fresh meal, it was as good as the first and if not then better.I’m a truck driver and I appreciate spots like this, fresh food, friendly service, and the atmosphere was inviting enough. It’s at a gas station but yo, look where KFC started and look where they’re at now. “Saw this place online and had good reviews! Was given chips and salsa Before I even got my menu which I liked. Homemade vibe to this whole place. I got the tacos dorado's which were just perfect! And my gf got the chilaquiles with carne asada. Overall the Food was amazing and would recommend to anyone. Ps margaritas were not on the menu but it's ok to ask!“

“The food tastes delicious, but be prepared to eat any burrito without sour cream or avocado over a plate: they do not hang together enough for car eating. I got vegetarian so I didn't have any problems but the partner and kid both created showers of rice and beans all over the car.“

“I was surprised to learn that fire tacos has a truck in Kent as I just moved to this location. I ordered four cheese tacos and was extremely impressed at the customer service. The person who worked there was quite polite and we chatted about my experience at the Alki location. I love the color of the shells as they are a bright red and different from other tacos. The only thing I would change is the meat needs more seasoning. Other than that it was quite delicious and I'm glad to have this as an addition to the neighborhood.“
