His knowledge of the menu is encyclopedic—he walked me through options, gave fantastic custom recommendations, and explained everything from the Munchie Meals to the classics with genuine passion and expertise. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does.
To top it off, his wife Jessica was the manager on duty and was equally incredible. She was extremely helpful, stepped in seamlessly to assist with my order, and ran the kitchen with impressive precision.
