“I have been enjoying going here for years. However, recently I ordered a sandwich that really surprised me and fully surpassed my expectations. The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I dont know how many of you have worked fast food, but from experience, it's not easy to do, and to maintain such exceptoional customer service throuought, and perfectly crafting the bomb food I would describe as on point and consistently delicious, deserves a ton of praise. The professional staff here at this particular restaurant are amazing human beings with big hearts and are great at what they do, so you can enjoy your order anytime day or night. They dont get the recognition they deserve because of the convienience of getting exactly what you want so quickly, theres not always the appreciation from all the satisfied customers who would have said thanks but perhaps had other things going on, and maybe didnt think it was a thing. So i wanted to stop and recognize these hard working and skilled employees. This specific location is my own personal favorite food spot anywhere around! Natasha made me a smashed jack that was so good i think it may have been the best burger ive ever had, and if you were wondering if you should eat here, I do 100% reccomend it.“

“Food is amazing! Staff is always kind! 10/10 recommend. Just be aware that if you use the drive thru you need to speak very loudly almost yelling or they usually can’t hear you. It’s often busy and a little crowded inside because the food is so good.“

“Chicken burrito was absolutely delicious. I had to force myself to slow down, I was eating so fast. So much flavor and a great portion for the price. I ordered a taco on the side because I was worried the burrito would be too small but I’m stuffed in the best way. The lady who took my order was very nice and they were pretty quick as it was just my husband and I who ordered. Maybe 15 minutes for two burritos and a taco (with a jarritos it was abt $36). I’m very happy overall with the value, portion, and quality, and definitely will be coming back. I mean, 4 tacos and a drink for $10? Wow!“

“Open 24 hours / 7 Days a week. Great spot for solid Mexican takeout. Decent prices, friendly and professional service. Great food made with quality ingredients. Very fresh. We go out of the way to patronize this location. Awesome variety of pretty much anything you could ever want. Drive up is 24 hours. Dining room closes at midnight I believe. Food is always made fresh to order.“

“I am a huge fan of this taco truck, probably one of the best I've been to!!! I always get the taco combo which is 4 tacos and a soda. They also always add these little potato wedges in there as a little bonus which are so tasty!! Their carnitas are soooo moist and delicious!!! Very consistent and friendly service. “Tonight I had the pleasure to try the cuisine at the new Port Orchard location. Yareli took charge of my order at my request. I was served the best fish taco's with Verde Salsa and lime. The three taco's reminded me of eating a chefs delightful creation at a high end Bistro. I was instantly transported back in time to Mazatlán eating on the playa. I would not order fish taco's normally and Yareli picked this winner for me. Each bite was followed by a uhmmm. I expected something to tear me out of this euphoric moment but after downing three taco's I was still firmly planted in Heaven. I was wise to drip the juices and seasoning from the taco into the rice. What a nice way to accent my meal. I braced myself for the refried beans that had grown cool but found them very fresh and delicious. Yareli inquired if I would desire a dessert. I asked her to pick it since her performance on the meal was top notch. Yareli provided a strawberry filled fried churro with the most delicate aroma. I would have licked the plate if I thought I could do it without being seen. Every bite was warm, sweet and delicious. Please don't think ill of me but the only downside to this experience was cheap silverware and the food is placed on a metal tray with a paper liner. It's my own fault after being in the military so long to develop a phobia over dining utensils. So in a nutshell my experience is on par with being given a shiny new high performance car but with the wrong style valve caps for the tires. I have been truly blessed to have this experience on a rainy night in Port Orchard Washington.“

“We stopped in at B&I to hopefully get some quick tacos somewhere in between softball games down the street. I really wasn’t expecting much for strip mall food. My husband and I circled around and the girl at the register greeted us. She was so sweet! She brought the food out and it was sooooooo good. I’m going to have dreams about it. 🤣 we will definitely be coming back! I had a chicken burrito and my husband had carne asada burrito. I can’t wait to try everything on the menu! $41 for 2 GIANT burritos and 2 drinks.“

“Got Fajitas from them outside the Tacoma crafts fair. They were very friendly, the food was delicious, and I highly recommend. The refried beans were the best I'd ever had as a person who has texture issues with beans.“

The amounts given were well above average. The service was great even though they were closing in 20 mins, they let us dine in and wished us a good night when we left.“

The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but what really stood out to me was how incredibly nice and helpful the staff were. The kiosk stopped working while I was placing my order, and the staff immediately stepped in to help me without any hesitation. They were extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. It’s not every day you come across staff who are this kind and welcoming. “If you’re anywhere near the Puyallup fairgrounds, this Jack in the Box is an absolute must-visit. I came in expecting a quick late-night bite, but ended up getting hands-down the best service I've ever experienced at a drive-thru or counter, all thanks to Cody and Jessica.
Cody was working the front and was an absolute rockstar. His knowledge of the menu is encyclopedic—he walked me through options, gave fantastic custom recommendations, and explained everything from the Munchie Meals to the classics with genuine passion and expertise. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does.
To top it off, his wife Jessica was the manager on duty and was equally incredible. She was extremely helpful, stepped in seamlessly to assist with my order, and ran the kitchen with impressive precision. The dynamic duo of Cody and Jessica had the food coming out fresh, piping hot, and served with genuine warmth.
This place sets the gold standard for fast food. Five stars isn't enough for Cody and Jessica!“
