This franchise has food people that work there. They are very friendly and food always comes out hot, especially the fries!
The manager working the window was kind and professional.
Food is as expected, service is great. Atmosphere is terrible -- poor internal and nonexistent external lighting leaves the place looking always closed and in bad shape. This is the number one reason I avoid it.
