Food is as expected, service is great. Atmosphere is terrible -- poor internal and nonexistent external lighting leaves the place looking always closed and in bad shape. This is the number one reason I avoid it.

What is going on Jack in the box? Your food quality has gone way down. You're not what you used to be.
But you always have great employees with good attitudes.Your prices are ridiculous.I can go sit down in a red robin restaurant and get better quality food for the same damn price!

I visited on 12/4/2025, and I had such a great experience! I was greeted warmly, the service was fast, employees pleasant. The food quality was exactly what I've come to expect from Jack!! So nice to have a PERSONAL INTERACTION and not just ordering screens ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
