“I had a fabulous experience at the Lakewood Carls Jr. Mr. Rhett at the drive thru window was a phenomenal customer service extraordinaire! Dude was fast, efficient, and super kind. I couldn’t ask for better service. On top of that the burgers were bussin’ and the fries were super hot and fresh. They even made sure I got my sauce which is kind of a big deal to me. Thank you to Rhett and the Lakewood Carls Jr for servin it! <3“

“Big shout out to Sam. He truly does an amazing job keeping the lobby clean, checking in with each table to make sure they have everything needed. Sam has conversations with us every visit even remembered my sister went on vacation two months ago! He makes my kids feel noticed by remembering their names while he offers them a stamp. Even when customers do not have the best attitude towards him he always seems to have a positive attitude back. Overall I appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant, playground and bathrooms. The team at this Chick-fil-A has been doing an amazing job!“

“We just got home from a long trip and needed a good meal, we stopped at 5Guys at Lakewood Mall where Millie greeted us with a warm smile and took our order. Esmeralda made the food exactly to our order and the amount of fries!!!

“Came in to grab a sandwich after work on June 24. The two kids working were absolutely swamped with online orders and were struggling to get everything done at a decent pace, but they did a fantastic job for it being just the two of them. The girl who made my sandwich was clearly under a lot of stress but still took the time to make sure my order was correct and was very apologetic about the wait time. From what I had gathered they had called their manager to send in help, but I was there nearly 45 minutes and nobody ever showed up. I was going to give a lower rating but I couldn’t bring myself to because these kids absolutely killed it. In the future, staff your restaurant!“

“I've eaten at this Taco Bell dozens of times. Not once have they ever disappointed. The staff always seem happy to help and appear to genuinely love working there, very positive place - a rarity these days. No, I don't have any financial or business interest here, and no I don't have any family or friends working there. Just giving credit where it's due, and this place definitely deserves it.“

“I’m from out of state and I’ve never experienced a concept like this. The pizza is fresh and I love the amount of variation in toppings, cheeses and sauces. For us,the location was a little busy so it took a little time but it was worth it.“

“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“Night shift on Thursday thank you for helping me decide what to put on my onion teriyaki sub it was delicious and the first time a ate a sub and it didn't fall apart or drip every where. “Vishal was nice and friendly. Perfect sub! However kind of pushy with asking for a review and wanting it to be done at the store before I left. Probably won't come back because it made checking out a little awkward and I felt very pushed in to making a review. I reccomened when asking for a review to not push so hard on getting one on the spot. Most customers won't appreciate being pushed to make a review. Again he was nice and sandwhich was great but the approach needs to be different. I Will just stick to the one in Tillicum or on the military installation just to avoid the awkwardness honestly.“
