Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). The best soft ice cream
Good food and non-dairy ice cream. The highest air-conditioning of any store or restaurant. Shady parking lot though.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a place that keeps things simple in the best way. The food comes out fast, and items like the burgers, spicy strip chicken sandwich, double cheeseburger, and chicken strips are dependable and solid. The Blizzards are always the highlight — thick, sweet, and really good. The staff is friendly and can provide excellent, kind, and charismatic customer service, handling even large orders with no complaints. The dining areas are usually clean, and the whole experience feels easy and relaxed.
However, experiences can vary. Some visits report issues like cold fries, cold cheeseburgers, or items like bacon and onion rings being old and hard. Sometimes portions, like sauce on a sandwich or lettuce on a fish sandwich, can be very little or brown. There can also be waits for food. But normally, this place is pretty good. It is a solid stop for classic comfort food and a treat, a good fry when served hot, and is a reason people come back.
