I went in on Sunday May 31st. everything that evening, was a little off. I wasn't pleased. So I let the managers know that there team had fallen short. Of the Bears credos and Standards. This week the whole staff was working as a team producing quality food and a welcoming, atmosphere. for people to enjoy. Awesome JOB Lakewood Black Bear Team.
Somewhat of a local foodie. Love to eat at different places in the area. For some reason, the food and service, I keep coming back. Have had most everything on the menu and never an issue. As for service, the staff quickly learn your name and your preferences. Always suggesting new dishes.
This is a great diner always treated like I am family. Love shelly. Five stars
