“I went to Arby's this evening to what I expected to be a quick grab and go. It turned out to be a little longer than what I had anticipated. There was a reason behind this. They were short staffed and surprisingly busy for a typical Tuesday evening. There were only two people working when I showed up. Their names are Sonja and Jonathan. Let me tell you about these two! They were such a great team, trying to push out several orders, making sure everyone had what they ordered. They were very apologetic and rushing from the front to the back to take the orders, cook, and prep. I also noticed that they had door dash orders. So, not only were they fixing people's orders that were there, but orders from online. They stayed professional, calm, pleasant, respectful while being put under pressure of a rush they didn't expect. Arby's manager as well as Arby's franchise should be proud to have them working for them. They are great! I'll be glad to go back. Thanks Sonja and Jonathan for setting a great example of hard work and teamwork! And yes, my order was correct and hot! ?“

“I had a fabulous experience at the Lakewood Carls Jr. Mr. Rhett at the drive thru window was a phenomenal customer service extraordinaire! Dude was fast, efficient, and super kind. I couldn’t ask for better service. On top of that the burgers were bussin’ and the fries were super hot and fresh. They even made sure I got my sauce which is kind of a big deal to me. “5 stars We hadn’t been to this Carl’s Jr. in quite a while and had lots of questions about the menu. The team member at the drive-through was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful as I took my time ordering and asked about several items. We had a few customizations in our order, and he cheerfully accommodated all of them without missing a beat. When we received our food, I realized I had forgotten to request a lettuce “bun” for my chicken sandwich instead of the potato bun. I offered to just buy some lettuce on the side to fix it at home, but the employee kindly checked with his manager and they actually remade the whole sandwich for me with the lettuce wrap. I was so impressed—they really went above and beyond! The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area. “Had such a great experience today! First time eating here. Probably the first time I saw that there wasn't a long line. But, after having eaten here i see exactly WHY its so popular. I very polite red curly haired kid took my order and my payment. His manners really stuck out to me. If more kids had manners and customer service skills like that the world would be a lot better. Anyway, besides the service.. the fries OMG. THe exact amount of crispness and soft potato inside, especially for being thin fries. Right about of salt and you could eat them with or without ketchup. And the burger.. its better than Frisko Free@e, but with that same local familiar taste...like your favorite uncle was on the BBQ grill at home (not dad, but cool uncle jerry was on the grill)!! When i looked inside I saw every person working as fast as they could. A great team for sure. Oh and the prices!! Jeez what a steal. My true recommendation is DONT PASS THIS UP. YOU CANT BEAT THE VALUE FOR THE QUALITY FOR THE SPEED OF SERVICE + the QUALITY of service . A+++. That kid at the window, his parents should be proud. Those business is doing it RIGHT!! LOD stool values and customer service. Im embarrassed for McDonald's being right across the street..they dont even compare!“

“I stopped by on a whim and boy am I glad I did. Ordered the 12 piece 🍤 with 🍟. and BOY was the owner very generous in his portions. They were PERFECTLY SEASONED AND CRISPY. 😋 Delicious . Highly recommend.“
