“I went to Arby's this evening to what I expected to be a quick grab and go. It turned out to be a little longer than what I had anticipated. There was a reason behind this. They were short staffed and surprisingly busy for a typical Tuesday evening. There were only two people working when I showed up. Their names are Sonja and Jonathan. Let me tell you about these two! They were such a great team, trying to push out several orders, making sure everyone had what they ordered. They were very apologetic and rushing from the front to the back to take the orders, cook, and prep. I also noticed that they had door dash orders. So, not only were they fixing people's orders that were there, but orders from online. They stayed professional, calm, pleasant, respectful while being put under pressure of a rush they didn't expect. Arby's manager as well as Arby's franchise should be proud to have them working for them. They are great! I'll be glad to go back. Thanks Sonja and Jonathan for setting a great example of hard work and teamwork! And yes, my order was correct and hot! ?“

“Never had them mess up any of my orders and I’ve eaten here quite a bit since they opened. Staff is always friendly, the orders are occasionally later than the advertised time on the app but that’s to be expected when you get swarmed with 100 hungry troops.“

“5 stars We hadn’t been to this Carl’s Jr. in quite a while and had lots of questions about the menu. The team member at the drive-through was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful as I took my time ordering and asked about several items. We had a few customizations in our order, and he cheerfully accommodated all of them without missing a beat. When we received our food, I realized I had forgotten to request a lettuce “bun” for my chicken sandwich instead of the potato bun. I offered to just buy some lettuce on the side to fix it at home, but the employee kindly checked with his manager and they actually remade the whole sandwich for me with the lettuce wrap. I was so impressed—they really went above and beyond! The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area. “5 guys already has an excellent way of showing that they are one of the kings at making burgers with their amazing way of preparing fries and using fresh ingredients. They never fail at great customer service and its so enjoyable to walk in any burger joint and always hear patties sizzling fresh. Their prices are definitely worth the flavor, specialy the burger size! Cajun fries always make the car smell amazing, I only wish they sold an air freshener for my car with that smell. But I want to add that as long as Imelda is working at Carls Jr, I will be eating at Carls Jr. When my wife became disabled, Imelda took the time to open the door for her and always make her feel welcome. This is not normal at all businesses and I cannot express how much it helped my wife’s spirits nor how grateful I am. That experience started about 5 years ago and I always return, occasionally with my wife. Imelda is a cheerful hard worker who is very unassuming and kind. Please be kind to her.“

Tonight my order was a bit incorrect and I called just to clarify if the item had permanently changed. Mahogany answered and wax absolutely amazing and helpful in investigating and explaining and even offering a replacement. “I was super excited to order some steak and guac nacho fries after getting off an 11 hour shift yesterday. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that I wasn't able to eat it as the fries were super hard and stale.. so i went to bed sad and hungry 😭. Today, my husband brought back the full box of fries while I was at work, with the receipt and expressed his disappointment and just wanted a refund, but Calvin instead offered to make it right. We went back tonight to order and the staff were so nice and made sure everything was made fresh for us. They even went as far as labeling find items in the bag. “I am an Organic Food activist but I admit I love McDonald’s. I would love it more if there were organic options who doesn’t love McDonald’s? I usually get the filet-o-fish. The service is excellent here and people are very kind. They brought our order out to us and it’s very clean. I would give it 10 stars. If there were 10 stars available Josie was our server. “So this originally was going to be a pretty bad review. But I’ve decided to leave five stars. I had an awful experience with the app and it charging me 3 times, Without it actually placing the order. At that point, I didn’t have any money left for food, Because it had taken $30 from me. I was super upset, so I just walked out to my car and started losing it (Because it’s not their fault). A few minutes later, the manager walked outside to my car and He was really sympathetic of my situation. He made the order for me So I didn’t have to go hungry due to the app malfunctioning. So essentially, I had a problem that was not necessarily the restaurant fault. But they still showed care for me as a human being and corrected the problem. So yes, I am giving this place five stars. The food was also delicious.“

“Very confusing opening hours. I’ve heard a lot about TACOMASHAWARMA and wanted to try it, but unfortunately I never got the chance. I drove by a few times on Monday and Tuesday, and every time it was closed. It’s unclear why the place is closed both days, especially since those are convenient days for many people to visit. “I am happy to see Taco Bell streamlining the business to fit the times and the budgets of both employees and customers. I haven't sat down to eat inside a Taco Bell since 1992, and the seating was mediocre by fast food standards, which are on the whole mediocre.

The Tostada needs to come back on the menu; not as an overpriced nostalgia munchie but as part of the franchise staples. It was a favorite of mine and the go to for my vegetarian friends and you could almost always find enough change to get one. So charge what it is worth, which is just below a bean and cheese burrito. :)

I know times and prices change, but charging 3.00 for spoonful of beans, a pinch of lettuce on a single fried tortilla is ridiculous.

They didn't even put onions on it. ;) Fix that, and you will do better Taco Bell, not everybody wants a burrito and a potato soft taco doesn't cut the hunger as much as raise the blood sugar.“

“I’ve been here 4 times since moving to the area earlier this year and all 4 times have been an incredibly pleasant or standout experience. Props to management and everyone who works here. If they have bad days I wouldn’t be able to speak on that, but I can say that I have left this drive through convinced that people still care about the little things every single time. “Only the drive thru is open, which is fine. I never usually have issues at this fast food store, believe it or not. Food is usually fresh and hot. This is an A&W KFC combination so you get a choice of burgers or chicken. There were 6 cars in front of us and the line always moves quickly. I have never been "parked" at this store.“

“Just regular cheese burger and Coke, but you can sure tell when the burger is freshly cooked! The meat was moist, the cheese was melty like it should be and the bun was soft and warm. The staff was friendly and I would have rounded up had I been asked. Maybe the staff gets tired of asking only to get an eye-roll and told no. The Ronald MacDonald house is one of the very few charities I donate to. You know it's real, most of us have seen one, or know someone it's touched. Give your change up Guys. You'll never miss it. But there's a kid out there who will be glad you did.“

“Typical expectations for a DFAC. Coffee is present hot and sometimes cold, both expresso/latte machines are usually down 80% of the time. Good omelet bar and dual self-service lines are helpful in keeping the wait time very low. With the crazy price of fruit, the fresh fruit bar is a steal. For the breakfast price of a little more than $4, it's a great option that's about 1/3 what you'd spend buying breakfast at Starbucks or whatever.

Kid-friendliness: I've seen some soldiers bring kids, so they seem welcome, but its a eat house, so no horse play.

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door buttons and the entire facility is on a flat surface. I'm sure food service soldiers would assist in preparing plates as well if needed.“

“I'm so excited for fireworks night! ✨ It's always a good time, and there's nothing quite like the magic of watching the colorful explosions light up the night sky after a good game. I really miss seeing Rhubarb having more time to hang out with the kids. Those times were special. Spending time with the kids is always a highlight of a good game, and fireworks make it even better. “Beautiful decor, and yummy food and drinks. We went for lunch yesterday, and it was perfect out on the deck, relaxing in a comfy chair with a nice view. I ordered the chicken and brie sandwich, while my mom had the French onion soup, and we both loved our dishes. Their cocktail menu is great, and our very kind waitress actually offered a custom-mixed drink, when I had a hard deciding between a couple of options. Loved everything and will definitely be back!“

“I don't live in the area, was in Lakewood for a play. I got the Mod Salad--a lot of food, really fresh! Love the fresh basil & pesto drizzle! Appreciate diced tomatoes for salad--easier to eat. Sorry there were no cucumbers that day, but pleased with variety of veggies. The young woman who made the salad was very friendly and upbeat, which added to the shine on dining there.“
