“My family tradition has been to order a subway party sub for our New Years event. We have tried to do this with so much drama over the years with various locations. This year we decided to give Sumner a go. They offered the 6ft party sub - and I just wanted to say "wow!" Seriously, they knocked this order out of the park. We like to have all the toppings on the side - lots of people and kids, no one can agree- and they really set us up for success! We have NEVER had a subway meet and EXCEDE our expectations so much. “Called ahead to order. Everyone was friendly and thorough. They offered plates, cups and silverware- which was really considerate. Food was fresh and hot. They didn't gripe when I added/altered the order when I arrived. Very pleased with both service and food. The Colonel would be proud.“
“Went to the Bonney Lake Jack in the box at lunch time. My Grandson and I ordered and got our food. Everything was Hot and fresh. Entire Order was Correct. The lady Manager obviously takes great pride in what she does and her crew works really good with her! It's the only Jack in the box we will eat at! Guaranteed if she's working you will get Hot, fresh food, and what you ordered will be correct! The Sunner WA Jack in the box isn't very good so it's well worth driving up the hill to get great food!“

“I come to this Jack late night's and very early mornings. unlike other Jacks I've been to this jack serves warm food. Everybody that has taken my order at this location is very friendly and always has a smile on their face. I highly recommend this Jack in the box.“
“Been going here for well over a decade or two. Over the last year orders have been wrong, cold, late and now with automated phone lines completely unable to be corrected. I've been given coupons for every issue and when I go to redeem them the order is wrong and late again. If I order online there's a very clear way to make a pizza. You really shouldn't get every order wrong and it has in fact been every order.Edit: I was challenged by the location to order again and I'm pretty happy. I've actually ordered twice. “I was originally going to leave an okay review because normally I come through craving a potpie and normally they don't have any and ask me to wait 20 minutes.Same thing this time, I ended up getting a chicken strip basket. They asked me to pull In a spot and wait for them to bring it out. At this point I've waited 20 minutes and now I'm a bit upset. But the guy who came out I'm guessing the manager, he told me they made me fresh strips and he threw in a potpie. Made my night (: its the little things. Thank you Miguel, I hope that's your name! “After going this store for some time now, I have to say that the selection is nice! The fruits and vegetables are fresh, they have practically everything in stock all the time because of all the hard working employees there. The cashiers speak Russian, Ukrainian and English so there has never been a issue communicating my needs or my wife or kid's needs (Ukrainian Speaking).I mainly go for the coffee and tea selection, I will mention that the inventory changes a lot and I've found it harder to find my usual needs but I've been trying newer options and they haven't let me down yet. One of our favorite purchases there is the Canadian unbleached white flour. We also like the Stefania sparkling wine "champagne" that says Kyiv and Lviv on the bottles. They are usually hidden by the cooler on the far right of the wine shelf.Everything is reasonably priced in order to keep things in stock, also, been looking for the spicy mustard, if you have it or can bring it back, that would be great!
