“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“I get ice cream cones here almost daily and depending on the server it'll be a decent ice cream(2 to 3 scoops if they were scooped) sometimes I get that younger kid and he sucks like he barely gives me a regular size ice cream (barely one scoop). He has no pride in his work possibly no work ethic, so for that I can not give 5 stars.“

“Walked in to use a coupon, not too sure on what I could /couldn't get. The worker there was very patient, nice, and clean. My sandwich was very well made, with the perfect amount of sauce (not too much, not too little). She also washed her hands before helping me, and washed them again before helping the next customer. This is refreshing to see since many establishments will hire workers who will be poking at their face, running their hands through their hair, or just touch everything dirty before handling food. She obviously cared and was clean. Applause to you (this was Wed July 29th around noon).“

We went a couple of weeks ago. There was an online special and she was there all by herself. The line was backed up but she worked hard getting everybody’s orders done.
We went this past Monday and she was there again. She had help this time but still provided excellent service!“

“I ordered tonight 12/07/24 at around 8:30 pm and the lady taking my order was also the one who handed me my food. She was probably running that place tonight and did a very good job at it, especially with one arm in a sling! She had such a great attitude. It's so refreshing seeing someone kind and happy while working.“
