“I highly recommend standing there and watching them make your sandwich over placing a Mobil order! They definitly make the sandwiches better when you’re watching them. Today was the first and placed a mobile order at this location and I placed a pretty simple order two footlong chicken bacon ranch asked for lettuce on both and barely got a sprinkle of it on either sandwich and the olives were in one handful of a bunch, in the middle of the sandwich same as the onions. When I picked up the order it was ready and it was not busy at all and I have had many sandwiches made by the young lady that was working so I know she does well when I’m watching so I just won’t be placing anymore Mobil orders other wise this subway has been my go to for a long time now“

We went a couple of weeks ago. There was an online special and she was there all by herself. The line was backed up but she worked hard getting everybody’s orders done.

“Listen, I’m a sucker for a hole-in-the-wall spot for a sandwich and a cup of coffee, but Joe’s is more than that to me. I’ve been coming here regularly for 5 years to hide from the world and quietly munch food. I’ve brought clients, coworkers, and friends here, eaten everything from omelettes and pancakes to BLTs and salads. It’s always great, it’s always fast, and it’s always friendly. They know me here and that’s enough for me, Joe’s is excellent.“

I’ve only ever had one goof where someone put lettuce in my chipotle cheesesteak bowl (I don’t eat bread) which definitely sucked but every other experience has been amazing! They’re always friendly and efficient and the food is typically very good quality whereas I have had very negative experiences at the one in Lakewood and further up Meridian here in Puyallup. There’s a reason we go back to this location time and again!“

“Came in to grab a sandwich after work on June 24. The two kids working were absolutely swamped with online orders and were struggling to get everything done at a decent pace, but they did a fantastic job for it being just the two of them. The girl who made my sandwich was clearly under a lot of stress but still took the time to make sure my order was correct and was very apologetic about the wait time. From what I had gathered they had called their manager to send in help, but I was there nearly 45 minutes and nobody ever showed up. I was going to give a lower rating but I couldn’t bring myself to because these kids absolutely killed it. In the future, staff your restaurant!“

“After five extremely frustrating, and painful years, Dr. Kim, and his Family oriented practice, took over my care. “Best location hands down!!! They always greet whoever walks in, they always get my order right no matter how long the lines are. . The line might be long at times but it’s a small price to pay for how exceptional their service is. They always check in with you while you’re in line so you’re not just standing there wondering how much longer before you’re helped unlike the LOWSY PUYALLUP LOCATION. I love the staff! I appreciate the cleanliness! I overall enjoy coming here, which is usually 2-3x a week cause the foods so fresh. This location deserves ALL THE STARS!!! :)“

“The sandwiches are really good & we love the rosemary parmesan bread. However, why can't some people follow simple instructions? On multiple occasions I've ordered online and under the giant sandwich instructions I indicate "Cut into THREE (3) EQUAL sections. Three people are sharing this." Today I also added the same instructions (referring to the giant) under Special Instructions for the order at checkout. After all of this, it's still cut into 4 sections! So annoying. Now to figure out how to re-cut this into 3 sections without making someone have such an extra small section that falls apart? I know there are bigger problems in the world, but this could've been so easy! 🤪“

I really loved that there was a hot sauce bar too, which I took advantage of on the way out the door with my sandwiches. “I’ve been going to this Jersey Mike’s a out once a week for about 7 or 8 months. 9/10 times, they get everything perfect, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding. A week or so I went in, realized I misread a coupon, and they still honored it and took care of me. They even went as far as to clue me in on a separate promotion they were running and allowed me to take advantage of it. Great service, wonderful staff, and amazing subs. They are definitely a sub above.“

“This is my neighborhood Subway and usually everything is great. Today my experience was less than optimal. The soda fountain is gone and the feeling was we were keeping the young lady from her phone call. Actually she kept the call open and on speaker while continuing to apologize to her friend for having to wait on customers. While we sat and ate, she kept talking loudly with her friend, still on speaker. What a joke! I had my 3 young grandchildren with me and was not happy.“

“The bread was ok, not real tasty. Pretty small size for the price. A sign on the counter said to tell the sand which crew what you want on the sand which, listed all their veggies, etc. when I finished paying and getting change, the sandwhich was getting wrapped. No chance to ask fore anything. Came with tomatoe and lettuce. Slathered with mayo and made the veggies slide out when biting into the thing. Won't be back.“

“I am actually extremely impressed. I haven't been impressed by a subway since I worked at one 7 years ago. 😅
But this was great, the people worked together well, got my food super fast, sandwiches tasted great, they followed orders extremely well, all the topping tasted amazing. I do not have 1 bad thing to say, they even spread the cheese properly so it covered the whole sandwich and not just in the Crack. I got my sandwiches at around 4pm. 10/10 will come back here again. “Night shift on Thursday thank you for helping me decide what to put on my onion teriyaki sub it was delicious and the first time a ate a sub and it didn't fall apart or drip every where. “Make sure your Oder is correctly made before you head out , I asked for pickles on my order and they forgot thankfully I was there so they could add them. Edgar was polite and soft spoken, handing out samples is what made me try the California sub.“

The staff was very hygienic — switching gloves and using a fresh knife for every sandwich. The bread was soft and fresh, they had a veggie patty option, and the store was clean and smelled great.

“I had a great experience last Thursday at this location. So refreshing compared to my negative experience at another location. As soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The floor, the tables, the seats, the food and condiments. And then the customer service was GREAT!!! Zyana and Avery, both greeted me as soon as I entered. I was even asked how my day had been. The customer service and cleanliness alone will bring me back. Not to mention that the sandwiches tasted the best that I've had from Subway in years.

“We've been going to this Subway for over a year now so I felt like they deserved a shout out. We order our sandwiches in advance on the app about once a month. The sandwich artists have always been on top of it & we've never had any complaints. The sandwiches are always done properly.

“Food is good, no complaints. Close to several bases so it's conveniently placed. Tables were clean when I was here as were the floors. Overall, solid 4/5. Soda machine had some drinks that were not working so I didn't put 5/5.

Parking: They're doing construction on the adjacent street so it's a small hassle to get here currently. But, I'm sure that will be resolved soon.

“Stopped in on a whim, we were headed to Arby's...but had never tried Jimmy-Johns. So we went for it. What a surprise...The staff inside were awesome young people. They were actually happy at their job, the place was spotless, super attentive, polite without it feeling artificial...wow, it was really cool to feel good about sitting in a sandwich shop as goofy retired folks, and yet feel special. I had gone without my contact lenses, and they provided me with 3 different versions of a menu so I could pick what helped me see it the best. Thank you to this Fife store for the helpful workers, I felt very comfortable eating at your place that evening.“
