The gal who made our order was so sweet. She gave us suggestions when we didn't know what would go good with something we've never tried before. (Capicola). She explained what they were and what they were similar to, and she made us a very good sandwich. They were kinda busy, but made sure to take her time with us and provided wonderful customer service. This location is in a sketchy part of town. But the manager, and sole employee at the time, was the most amazing person. I wish I could remember her name to name her in this complement. She was white, had tattoos (maybe a big rose one) and dark hair. That should narrow it down to about 1 million Pacific Northwesterners.The restaurant was very clean, she made a terrific sandwich, which is something to note. Carol really cares about her customers she takes time making sandwiches ..how you want..on the other hand the other gentleman in the store is really rude and disrespectful he's made my sandwich with 7 pieces of meat when it's supposed to be 12 and argued with me over it he needs to be canceled
