7 Best Sandwich Shops in Federal Way

“I have been wanting to try jersey mikes for awhile and finally decided on my Friday to try! The staff was friendly, shockingly clean toward the end of operations (former deli manager at Kroger) the staff was very down to earth but friendly. I was impressed by their attitude and service how they whipped up a sub and sent me on the way. I got into my car on the way home and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub fyi it was amazing! The bacon so crispy, the bread soft but crispy from the toasting, the right amount of meat and cheese it was impressed and again I have worked in delis for 20 years and I will say this is something special. I’ve had subway and Jimmy Johns (gross) I will be back!“

“First of all, as of the date of this review (6-6-2024) the franchise owner of This subway is accepting coupons (one per visit as stated on the small print of the mailed coupons).
Second, the ladies working were very helpful and friendly despite me having a difficult order. 10/10 for these two employees.
Third, the wraps now use a sort of rectangular flatbread rather than a tortilla.
Forth, Avocado is $0.75 per scoop extra so make sure to tell them how many scoops you would like.

For those who are unaware (as i was) there are at least two Subway franchise's in the Federal Way area. The other Franchise does not accept coupons (as is their right due to the "at participating locations" small print on the mailed coupons).“

“I LOVE Jersey Mike's and I am so glad they finally opened a convenient location in nearby Federal Way. My order is always ready at the designated pickup time. I recommend them to anyone who enjoys a great sandwich😀“

“One of the best sandwich I ever got here. The employee who just work on weekends ( Sophie or Sonia). Did not know exact name she is really polite and always makes best sandwich. The one bad thing is the there is only just one employee working. She was taking customers and cutting meats too that is hard for only one employee to handle everything. Loves to come when she is working there. Best service!“

“Changed to 5 Stars because the owner took the time to reply to my rating. And I think that makes up for whatever had me come with the 4 stars in the first place. It seems like in todays busy world. Customer Service has vanished and I'm constantly approached, greeted, or served with an attitude. The nicer I am and the more polite I am, only gets even worse service. And this is a trend in every city and county here.... So thank you for being wise enough to see what people are saying and how they felt about coming into your Subway.
