“When you come out West, it’s almost obligatory to eat Asian fare…Federal Way has no shortage of great Vietnamese/Thai/Chinese/Korean options but weeding through all of them I stumbled up on this place that specializes in Seolleongtang! My dad and I have been chasing a place like this ever since we got back from Korea…there used to be a place like this in Atlanta that was 24hrs (which was great because the best version of this is continuously boiled) but closed down…check out the picture of the giant pots boiling this…I believe this is the original but they have branched out across the US in certain markets…the staff was super kind, the manager/owner talked to me a bit even though they were swamped…complimented me on my Korean and I told her to open one up in Atlanta…will definitely seek these out in the cities I visit that have them!

“I finally found good Mexican food that’s authentic in federal way. I found them while it was walking with Siri and I got their tamales that are Rajas with queso OMG They were so incredibly good. I give up buying tamales quite a while ago because I couldn’t find any good ones. They have great ones and they Agua is awesome. I can’t wait to go back for a torta ahogada!! I haven’t had one since I was in GDL!! Check them out they close a little early. She said 7 PM. They are so good.!!”

Great options for vegetarians, which was wonderful because that isn’t often the case. Ordered vegetarian egg flower soup, veggie spring roll, and orange tofu.”

I always get the same thing and they all know my order, they're friendly and knowledgeable and always good for a chat. They keep cool and stay friendly even when the line is wrapped around the parking lot, and they're quick and efficient when it's packed without sacrificing the good vibes.It starts my day off right every time, whether I come through at 7 am or 2 pm. thanks yall ?”

“I would like to share my family’s amazing experience at this McDonald's recently. My family traveled to the USA from Canada this week and we stopped by for a break. My husband had fallen on a stair the day before and had a deep cut on his foot that was still bleeding. He needed to replace the bandage on his wound. We were fortunate to meet Hung, an incredibly kind employee at this location. He generously gave us a bandage from his own bag, showing exceptional kindness and humanity. Hung’s compassionate action made a huge difference for us. We need more people like Hung in our lives. Thank you, Hung, for your help! And thank you, McDonald's, for having such a wonderful employee.”

Every single macaroon is amazing and is double the filling of a regular macaroon. The flavors are fun and they all look too cute or pretty to eat. “First time eating at Nami Sushi, and it did not disappoint! We ordered the small boat, which has 20 different items in the boat and 3 different kinds of rolls. We also ordered the tempura calamari and Agedashi with a side of Japanese beer (large bottle of Asahi). The wait staff are attentive and checked on us multiple times. The restaurant is clean and tables are nicely spaced apart, tables are cleaned immediately. The decor of this restaurant is pretty cool and unusual. We will definitely be back. Thanks Nami Sushi!”

“Went with my mom, I had the beef pho with everything in it. The soup was good I finished mine and finished my mom's leftover too lol....I ordered two ban mi sandwiches to go. One was pork and the other was beef. Both were very good except I thought the beef was a little too salty but overall a nice eatery in Federal Way. We will be back again after ATI physical therapy session.”

“We had a few fabulous meals, delicious and spectacular! Pork vindaloo marinated in tamarind vinegar, fish and farm-chicken xacuti, crunchy colourful vegetables stewed in coconut milk, and more. Even a mundane ingredient like yellow pumpkin, cooked simply in earthen vessels, tasted complex and exotic. If you ever offer cooking classes, i'd love to learn the basics!”

As well as patient:) Then, just as important as good customer service was the taste of the drinks! Both my husbands and mine were very tasty- we are from out of town and I wish I could bring it back home to Boise! But now I know pistachio and matcha go well together. We also got burritos, and they were surprisingly better than I thought they’d be. The barista recommended the taco sauce which was a definite yes! “I've been doing drive-thru at the Federal Way location since it opened. On this visit, I had kiddos who said they're going to eat in. The place is evidently family friendly. Several family groups were in there at dinner time, mostly with young children. One great thing to expect is the variety of meals to choose from and equally a high number of staff. Within minutes of picking our table and sitting, our order came fresh and hot. We enjoyed it all. Expect kids running around and a little bit of noise as a result.

Kid-friendliness: I brought 3 young kids. The play area was open but the entrance door had a bigger than necessary warning about the heights of kids who could enter. From a distance, the sign might show that the room is not open.”

Because we deliver them uncooked, and secondly, we always try to be a special customer, so we expect the prices to be somewhat lower. I have been coming at least once per week and ordering different items--everything has been delicious pleasing even picky eaters of our family!! They even have homemade desserts. What a gem!?

“Bad reviews are likely old, as I used to not like the quality of the chicken, but we gave it another try and have been going since. Good portions, good katsu ( a tad greasy tho) and great Teriyaki and nice portions. Also the rice was perfectly sticky. I got the combo last time.”

“I finally went after all the hype. Good place to go if you don't want to have to think. If you are looking for anything other than a hamburger or cheeseburger, do not go here. Also no drive up and no protection from the elements. Prices are good just a very limited selection and sizes.”

He is attentive to what the customers want and he is very professional and helpful. The other staff is pleasant. The best thing is certainly the strip steak and the burgers, but their manicotti is actually very good and some other odds and ends are pretty solid. The clam chowder is also surprisingly good. The cheese sauce is also excellent. The atmosphere is great, very clean and pleasant. The $30 dollar price tag might seem steep, but every place is going up now. The steak is better quality and the grill master is far more skilled than the nearest competing buffet (no names named). Despite being about $10 more bucks than the other place, I still believe Golden Spoon is a good value.”

And the fries were simply out of this world, I never had fries that were so crispy and tasty. I had the rosemary pepper. Also my husband had the tenders and he said “ they were the best” too. Definitely will be back.”
