Dim sum is nonexistent in federal way, and this restaurant owner took the courage to make one. The opportunity to add a ramen business into it as well is genius. We used to frequent this business when it was a Chinese buffet, and during the pandemic it quietly restructured into a dimsum restaurant. It is clean, spacious, and easy to get to. All of the dumplings looked so good, but I settled on the S21. Steamed Shrimp & chives. It was perfect. It was juicy and soft but not too soft to where it might fall apart. Ambience was calm and down-to-earth.
