Recently moved to Seattle and can barely find good food near me. Checked out this spot in Federal way and it’s pretty good. I had the brisket and pulled pork. Food needs a little more seasoning but it was good. Baked beans are delicious.
After eating only 3 ribs, this is the real deal.
I'm a Chicagoan transplanted in the PNW - and up to now for the 3 years I've been here I have been completely disgusted with the food. Most of it is bland, overpriced, and overrated. No decent barbecue to be found. Until now....
One bite and my mouth almost exploded from the flavor and tenderness. This is REAL midwest barbecue. Walking in, I could smell actual smoke. Looking in the back, I actually saw smoke....read full review
