Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). It's fast food, so atmosphere is that. They microwave some of their sandwiches which makes for a chewy bun.

The drive-thru service is efficient, and the Blizzard treats are a highlight, with unique presentation and flavors like Snickers and Oreo Brooky. Customers have appreciated the quick responses from management and the effort to correct mistakes, showing they value customer satisfaction. Overall, the location in the Twin Lakes area is considered much better than other nearby options and continues to deliver a satisfying fast-food experience.
