“Drinks are made fresh straight from the fruit and are great thirst quenchers. For some reason when going to any place that is empty, five or ten minutes later, I seem to draw a crowd. I say this because I ordered two drinks and it took about 15 minutes to fill the order. While waiting 11 more people walked in. There was only one person working behind the counter and I felt so bad for him. He needed at least two more people to help him out. I will definitely be back. This place reminds me of the fresh fruit juice stands I would see in the malls in South East Asia.“

“3 main things people look for: 1. Customer service: I was greeted with a very warm welcome from the owner. I was also taught a few things & given great advice on tea! 2. Product: Fresh tea!!!! Weighted tea is not only the most beneficial form of tea, but the overall freshness of the outsourced tea speaks for itself. 3. Cleanliness & Ambiance: Very clean & organized. The atmosphere is very purposeful. Makes you want to do a tea tasting to fully immerse yourself in the experience being there. No other tea room has customer service & products as need based as Serenity Moon Tea. You can't call yourself a tea person if this is not a regular destination when you're in the area.“

“I found ForesTea when I started working in the area, and enjoy the regular classic milk tea treat after work. For the past nine months the staff has been consistent, very little turnover, and are welcoming upon entering the store. The atmosphere is light and easy going without being too loud or too peaceful. “A step into the cafe, the atmosphere was just like a trip to Taiwan. After we order and chat , we were invited for free tea tasting. Dylan presented tea ceremony to group of us to make 5 different teas and let us taste each. It was fun and good entertainent. Location is better than one at Bellevue per parking situation. “We stopped by Em Boba in Milton and had a great experience. The shop’s right next to Safeway, super convenient. A gentleman greeted us warmly when we walked in, and the staff were friendly.

The menu has a nice selection of boba drinks and desserts. The boba tasted fresh and my drink was delicious. The shop is small, two tables and four chairs, better for a quick visit than a long stay. I’m giving Em Boba4 stars.

The fresh boba and good customer service made the visit enjoyable. I noticed a sign saying the restroom isn’t open to the public, but customers can ask the staff if they really need to use it after buying something.“

My wife, her sibling and I went in on a whim and were absolutely delighted by how good the drinks were and the friendly staff who clearly enjoyed what they were making. The Taro milk tea with lychee bubbles in particular was a standout. Support them if you haven't already!“

“First time trying a Kung Fu Tea, while I was waiting for a prescription to be filled across the road. I ordered a Mala Chicken sandwich with side of coleslaw, a jasmine tea with brown sugar Boba and a Dubai chocolate strawberry. My tea was very good and the fried chicken. I've never tried Mala flavor before and thought it was just alright. I usually like spicy sandwiches but this wasn't for me. Also, this was my first Dubai chocolate dessert. I thought it would have some pistachio flavor but it just tasted like strawberries with chocolate and little crispy things. Overall I still ate everything I got and would try this place again. I would just order some other items to try.“

Ordered braised beef noodle soup and got it super fresh and hot. Noodles were perfect, the beef was tender, flavorful and thick.

There were some vegetables in there too, the broth was delicious and the portion was great for the price.

The lady gave me a bonus milk tea which was also good and not too sweet.

Overall it was an authentic dish and I will definitely try the other dishes next time.“

“PLEASE open one hour earlier...🙏 We've skipped bubble tea here three times so far (that's six drinks between two people) because every time we finished our errands on the weekend and started to head home for lunch, it was 11:20am or 11:30am 😭. We waited half an hour for them to open one time but the other times just gave up and went to Happy Lemon. 12pm is just too late, not sure if anyone else agree. We really like their authentic tea flavors.. but it hasn't been easy to stop by because of the later opening hour. 🥲“

“The service here is very good, probably one of the best that I've had at a Vietnamese restaurant as our server was humorous. The biggest issue that I had is they won't stop by after dropping off your food, as my boyfriend's water was never refilled despite being empty halfway through the meal. The restaurant wasn't really busy and it was the case for other tables too. You also have to go pay at the front, they don't drop off the check. The food was pretty good, the bun bo hue lacked any sort of spiciness that I am used to and no pork knuckle. The fresh bean curd with shrimp was delightful especially as it was my first time having it. My boyfriend's pho broth was flavorful.

The restaurant is very cute. You can tell the decor was thought out and they have plenty of seating and tables for all sorts of party sizes. The bathroom could use more check ins as there were no more paper towels.“

I always look forward to stopping by when im here at the mall!! Staff interaction is very limited, they could atleast smile and be pleasant.
