We found this gem. They have so many choices and the people are so nice. We came for the Boba Tea but ended up getting the Vietnamese Chicken soup. Clearly homemade and so good. If you driving anywhere close then try this place.
I've been coming to teacup for years and it's so yummy! I always get the winter in July tea with lychee jelly. The spring rolls and banh mi are so fresh! I love that they don't use syrups in their tea.

My daughter brought me here for my Birthday. The food was delicious and fresh! We got the chicken, bánh mì, sandwiches, shrimp, spring rolls, and the avacado and Macha smoothie. It was fresh ingredients and no powder. It was on point! I would definitely recommend! Chloe was really sweet and welcoming. She gave us a small piece of flan, on the house for my Birthday. Go see Chloe at Tea Cup, she will hook it up!
