My drink either doesn’t come with boba (yes, at a place called “boba house”) OR they just forgot it. Either way, I bought a drink, stupidly assuming that a beverage called “bubble tea” would include, I don’t know, “bubble”, and while driving away discovered, NOPE! Yep, paid $7 for a bubble tea with no boba pearls in it. Maybe the employees or the menu should warn you if they’re not planning on putting boba in all the drinks at the “boba house”.
They don’t take responsibility of their mistakes and they blame you for not checking your order, but they don’t let you know to check your order before paying. And they say it’s a policy? Are you joking. How is my responsibility if they don’t write the order correctly.
Run out of boba every time I try to come try this place. Wasted gas and time to come here more than once but not gonna waste anymore

Melody Boba House – Bubble Tea • Shaved Ice • Bubble Waffles is a favorite go-to boba spot for many. The shop feels super warm and welcoming with a cute interior and nice space that has big tables for hanging out with friends. The staff are always super friendly and nice. All of the milk teas taste really great, and the boba balls are absolutely perfect and always fresh. Popular items include the pineapple whip ice cream with extra strawberry drizzle, the cheesecake with strawberry topping, and the delicious macarons. The boba smoothies with popping boba are favorite drinks, and the Frozen Cocoa is SO good with a perfect cocoa flavor and nice consistency. However, some find the drinks can be a bit watered down or too milky with weak tea flavor, and the mango milk tea doesn’t really taste like mango, feeling a little overpriced for what it is. Note: there is no wifi available, so a hotspot with a solid cellular connection is needed for computer work.
