Decided to stop in while doing some shopping. It reminds me of a sushi place that has the rolls come around and different plates cost a different amount. Actually, that is exactly what it is.The portion sizes of meats, veggies, and specialties were very generous. I did the spicy soup base and would say I had about 6 or so plates from the conveyer. Delicious entrees! The broths are fantastic and they have a great selection of veggies. The meat was delicious and paired perfectly with the broths and spices. The staff here is super kind and went over the bill and everything with us since it was our first time going.
I came in about 1 hour before close , meat and some other options were already off the conveyor belt . Which is fine since items left were all room temp . Staff was super nice and explained how it worked and gave me w menu and helped me order anything fresh I wanted. It truly is an individual hot pot conveyor style hot pot.
