the Federal Way store's phone number doesn't pick up. We wanted to follow up on a take out order where they shorted us on one item. Doesn't seem to be a way to contact them. Disappointing.
From Indiana and couldn’t wait to get a chance to eat the Famous Ezell’s chicken. Just delicious
We just got home with order after very slow service. We’re missing the $14 4 piece meal and the 1 piece chicken breast is maybe 1/2 breast and mostly bone. The worst part is we have been trying to call for awhile to get refund and no one will answer phone.

The quality and flavor are always on point. Customer service stands out, especially from a manager who is incredibly courteous and full of compassion, and a helpful gentleman at the front. However, the restaurant can be very expensive. Some orders are not filled correctly, and sometimes forks are missing. A strong smell of marijuana in the restroom was off-putting, and a smoke detection system is hoped for. Overall, the food is decent, but the atmosphere and smoke issue keep it from being a five-star experience. Takeout might be considered next time.
