nice little boba shop, gets really busy though and it’s small. we waited in front of the register and the employees passed by us multiple times without taking our order or telling us we can order at the kiosk but we ended up ordering from the kiosk. the coconut smoothie was good but even with less ice there was big chunks of ice in it and some boba was not ready and tasted weird

My drink either doesn’t come with boba (yes, at a place called “boba house”) OR they just forgot it. Either way, I bought a drink, stupidly assuming that a beverage called “bubble tea” would include, I don’t know, “bubble”, and while driving away discovered, NOPE! Yep, paid $7 for a bubble tea with no boba pearls in it. Maybe the employees or the menu should warn you if they’re not planning on putting boba in all the drinks at the “boba house”.

Rated 3 star under food category. Reason for this is initially ordered tareo smoothie then my wife loved it so I ordered anothet one. The 2nd one didn't tasted the same as the 1st one. I guess it is a hit or miss depending on who is making it.

i looooooove shaved ice desserts, especially bingsoo. Whichever season, bingsoo hits the spot everytime. Soft fluffy ice with toppings and not too sweet, yippee! Not even my lactose intolerance can stop me, I suffer everytime just for bingsoo because it’s worth.

The strawberry milk tea is the best one I love it, the owner seems kinda mean his not friendly at all but the employees are so nice the light skin girl recommended the mini taiyaki with ice cream it was soo delicious.

I've been there more than once, and they never fail to give me a good drink and always have a positive attitude. The area outside may look gross, but the inside is neat and clean with different cute decorations and seating. Plus, the "lids" they have for the drinks are always different and cute!

Tried this Boba place in Federal way and Boba was good. Place looked pretty chill with board games set up everywhere, its open till 10pm too. I got the Thai Milk tea with Boba. They do have desserts too.

I've been here a few times for bubble tea, and have always enjoyed what I ordered. Drinks are definitely on the sweeter side, so slide the sugar level down if you're like me and just want a hit of sweetness. The service can be a bit slow if they're backed up, but they are always moving quickly and doing their best. My favorite is definitely the fruit teas, but their classic milk tea is also good.
