“Out of the 8 drinks we had ordered, just one fell short. The dalgona was pretty much just milk. You could barely taste any coffee. Other than that, the slushes, honeydew milktea as well as all of the taro options they had were amazing. Asian pear smoothies was the star. It was flavorful without being overly sweet. “I have absolutely nothing bad to say about bambu. Ever.Me and my family have been going there for years and years and no drink has ever disappointed. From vietnamese coffee, to a strawberry white rabbit, they have drinks even the pickiest of people will enjoy.(While it sounds simple, I suggest trying a smoothies like the passion in love or very berry and adding rainbow jellies or popping boba. You'll thank me later)The store is adorned with studio ghibli, pokemon, animation, and just generally cute themes! They also offer sweet treats like waffles and fresh mochi cupcakes. (Dont worry they have ice cream too)Their staff is so kind, helpful, and hard working. If you don't know what to order, or you are wondering what goes into the drinks ingredient wise dont hesitate to ask! The staff knows the menu inside and out and will be more than willing to talk to you about it.Also with so many places asking for tips now, its hard to know when to tip well and who deserves it. Let me help you out, the staff are mostly younger people high school age to like mid 20s. (This is because the owner tries to give jobs to students who struggle to find somewhere that will hire them as their first job) these kids are putting themselves through college, or trade school, they have dreams of moving to their own apartments and being able to afford them, etc. These are the people who deserve tips without a doubt. The bambu staff is also fairly heavy handed with the toppings (trust me, that extra .50 cents for your fav add-in is so worth it)Also, one of my favorite things is their rewards program. You actually earn rewards and real discounts! This isn't starbucks folks. You don't have to buy 8000 frickin drinks just to earn a free add-in. The kitchen area is honestly one of the cleanest I've seen and you better believe that staff is wiping down counters, floors, and doing dishes every chance they get!The ingredients are fresh and tested for freshness every morning before opening. I have never felt there was a risk of any old, moldy, or expired ingredients making their ways into my drinks or food.Overall, bambu is the kind of place that makes you feel like a kid again. “Second time here, just moved to the area and ventured out for some thing to have on the road. Pleasantly started with the extra clean environment in the little shop, the donuts are so pretty you don’t even want to eat them you wanna take pictures of them??? anyway the flavors and the consistency of the donuts are the best I’ve had! Perfect sizes as well. Sometimes donut shops give you this huge donut and it’s full of air and it’s just too much. These are a little more dense, but chewy and the perfect size. I love the colorful pieces of art, and they are just divine! Great customer service too! So sweet the staff is. Also they have homemade decadent ice cream that is beyond me! Really unique flavors just like their donuts like lavender and things like that. I can’t say enough about this place. by the way, it’s a small shop so a few people fit in there at the same time but it’s plenty of room if it’s not crowded. “I got the braised beef noodle soup and the hot chili wontons. Soup was the bomb. The way the food come in the to go bowls is amazing. The noodles are on the bottom with a plastic covering, the. The meat and veggies on top. So if you are taking it home your food is STILL fresh! Broth was perfect and I got it spicy. Meat and veggies were perfect as well!Wontons were GREAT!! “We LOVE Pearl Tea. The staff here are beyond sweet, extremely accommodating, and speedy. My wife and I have become regulars and this crew has gone out of their way so many times to make us feel special (most recently on my wife’s birthday). Their shop is cozy, cute, and consistent. As is the case with most bubble tea spots, there are some syrups, high sweetness, and strong flavors, so you’ll need to find what you like. But the boba itself is great (good size, good texture) and I’ve never had any problems with the freshness of the tea. They deserve your business and some love too!“
“We decided after numerous failures elsewhere to try this modest establishment for their pho. We had the Vegetarian and Beef rib and brisket. We gave the pho a strong 4 stars. There's always room for improvement and a 5-star pho has to rock my socks off. My wife really enjoyed her vegetable pho and the large serving would have fed a small horse. My brisket was tender and the flavor was as expected. The rib was pleasantly seasoned perfectly to set itself apart from the brisket. Maybe a little more care to prep the brisket as much of it came in huge clumps. Awkward. The broth did not disappoint. It was adequately present and not weak nor lacking flavor. I had the passion paradise tea and it was perfect! It was sweet, yet clean and refreshing. It paired well with the beef and herbs in the pho. Dining area was clean. Service was attentive without being overboard or lacking. We were grateful there was no TV, and while the music was good, like all the other restaurants, it was too loud, making conversation difficult. People want conversation without having to be loud. This alone will cause me to not return to many restaurants for dining in. We'll return soon and see if there were any improvements but I think a sold 4-stars is not bad.“
