“This is the greatest boba shop I've been to before. This boba is new and just opened. The service was great, I ordered classic boba with 50% sugar, but I needed more sugar, I asked for this, they told me we can make a new one for you with more sugar and you no need to pay anymore. I was surprised because it seemed like I bought 2 boba and just pay 1, the staff was very friendly and supportive. Moreover, classic is always the best choice for me, it tastes delicious. I suggest to go to this store and try it.”

“I have two children with Celiac Disease who are huge ice cream lovers. We just visited for the first time and the lol on my 9 year old son’s face when he found out he could have a waffle cone was beyond priceless. The service we got was amazing and don’t even get me started on the ice cream. I can truly say this is now going to be our family’s go to ice cream shop from now on.”

“Been coming here since they opened and the service has declined. Many times as of recent I have not been "welcomed in", and the kids working here have low concept of customer service. No sense of urgency or food handler conduct. No smiles or much eye contact if at all.
You don't braid your hair out in front for folks to see. You don't chew gum while handling food. The dining area and trash area is lacking in care. While with customers you don't participate in personal conversations. I was trained to treat everyone as if they were the health department ... you never know! I come from customer service and these are just a few items I've observed in my time being served and waiting for my food. The change of hands\staff saddened me and I hope these kids get the hangout of it. Definitely a reflection of training or lack thereof. And I'm not saying it's all the time but it's enough to notice consistent basis”

Which was pretty good was not expecting it to be that good at a little place like this and prices are really reasonable. Highly recommend
Staff was amazing they brought us our food at the table and our milkshakes (great milkshakes not frozen not watery just the perfect thickness where it easily comes up the straw) highly recommend it also

I especially like their Vache Mocha, which has a very rich flavor, while not being overly sweet. Inside is also a nice atmosphere, with pleasant decor and is not typically overly loud. “Been getting takeout from here for years. Amazing food the owner always has something positive to say in the short transaction while paying. Rice comes with the meal unlike other Indian restaurants in Tacoma. Food is always still piping hot by the time I get home.”

“But the first time I went I wasn't happy at all. So I left a comment about how rude they are. So management called and asked me to please give them another try but I didn't. it had been over a year later and my daughter goes two times a week and eats there when she's at the Library. So she bagged me to try it and said that the guy there is so nice and makes perfect sandwiches So I gave in and went. I'm so happy I did they have done a awesome job on training employees. and I will for sure be telling my friends to give it a try. They also had a bad experience the first time. Good job guys!!!!!”

“10/10 on restrooms. Everything looked clean. Floor to ceiling stall walls, soap dispensers, sinks, and paper towel dispenser were all touchless. Water pressure on the sinks was very good.”

“Honestly this was the best Applebees I’ve ever been to. Like literally the best. My aunt worked for Applebees for years and even she said it was the best one. Her ex fiancé was in the military so she was a server around the country. We got a few drinks, some apps, and of course the fiesta lime chicken with loaded mashed taters. Everything was perfect I couldn’t finish my entree but it’s gonna make for a Stellar lunch at work. Will def come back and if I had it I would’ve given the waitress/bartender a 100 dollar tip.”
