Based on the reviews, MOD Pizza offers great pizza that is made fast. Customers enjoy the ability to customize the pizza with a lot of different toppings for the same price. The atmosphere is pretty nice and relaxed. However, experiences vary by location. One location has great service, great food, and is very clean, with a crew that even clears dirty dishes. Another location has the worst pizza, with an undercooked crust and unwanted topping pieces. A major issue at some locations is being understaffed, which causes the wait time to vary and can be long if there are many online orders. Staff are reportedly instructed to give minimal amounts of each topping, which is not ok given the prices. Ordering in person is suggested to get as much of one topping as wanted. Despite this, the service is often fast, and even if there is a line, it gets done pretty quick. MOD Pizza is a great place for great pizza with options including gluten and dairy free.
