I usually like MOD pizza but this one wasn't that good. I'm not sure if this one in Tacoma uses pre made crust but the other MODs I've been to use fresh dough and it always tastes amazing. The pizza I got here was.. Meh. Flavor was kinda weird too.Customer service is good, just critiquing the food

Came in with my son's basketball team. Everyone was so friendly. Food was tasty. I had ordered a few more pizzas to go, and the lady assumed I don't eat pork (I wear a head covering) so she changed the pizza cutter to a new one to avoid any cross contamination. I didn't even ask. You guys have a new repeat customer from this alone! Thank you

First time having Mod pizza and was disappointed in the quality of the pizza and the garlic bread. Very low quality. Not much flavor including the crust. The garlic bread is the pizza crust LOL. It was not the kind of garlic bread pizza places normally serve. Customer service was lacking. (Referring to the young lady at the front counter). Typical attitude of younger people these days.

The quantity of toppings added to my pizza has begun to diminish and the service is now disappointing. The staff Ive had the misfortune of interacting with seemingly doesn't want to be there and it makes it hard to give my money over to people who treat me like an inconvenience. MOD used to be great, such a shame.
Nice pizzas, can easily customize toppings like Subway, basic beer and cider selection, fast and friendly. Love the no name cake.Kid-friendliness: Totally family friendly, casual, lots of seating choices, saw high chairs

Consistently inconsistent :( Some days my pizza is BOMB, and perfectly cooked and other days I have no toppings and burnt, inedible pizza. There isn't really an in between. If you order online your pizza barely has any toppings vs. ordering in store and watching your pizza being made. $20 for a burnt pizza and a drink hurts my feelings when I throw the pizza in the garbage (':
