“This is instantly my favorite breakfast place. Had chicken fried steak, hashbrowns, over medium eggs and biscuit. The gravy was so rich! The eggs were perfect (and I am very picky about my eggs). Potatoes are seasoned and delicious, coffee is perfect! Not too weak and not overly bitter. The staff was friendly and very attentive. I will absolutely come back!! Only complaint, the tables in the booths are a wee small.“

“my husband and I will go there about few times a year. this was my father in laws favorite place to eat every Wednesday with his brother for many yrs. Yesterday(July 21st) we ate there at approximately 7pm. very nice waiter we had. my husband ordered a Chicken Fried Steak breakfast. he indicated that that meat was very tough and rubbery. I tasted it and totally agreed with him. but that won't stop us from going there again. we did show up on July 16th(Sunday). had no idea you closed up so early(it was about 6pm)“

Friends and I stopped by for desert, and both the Lava Cake and Pineapple Upside-down were life altering delights of immense taste bud, interconnected neurological pleasure.Food is food, some is great, others not so much. “We came to Dirty Oscars for a change of scenery. We live in Puyallup. Food was ok. We got dbl bloody Mary’s, the traditional eggs beni and the elk hash. Hollandaise was good and the elk, sadly was not very flavorful. The thing that sucked and pretty much ruined the meal was when we go the check we were basically charged for 2 bloodys each! $28 for a dbl Bloody Mary. Doesn’t make sense when a shot of vodka is just $8! Asked manager and her response was “I don’t make up the prices. This is ridiculous!” We won’t be back.“

“This place is catered towards Longshoreman and truckers. What does that mean? 24/7 HOT FOOD! That also means that it's a little off the beaten path. Strangely enough, Tacoma doesn't have many 24/7 joints, so this place is an absolute gem!“

And the other one of us had the Spanish omelette when I tell you the flavors were so robust with the chorizo and the egg was cooked perfectly. Definitely be back here. Also they put the iced coffee in a to go cup, which is nice and convenient so you can take it with you. Servers and host were also very friendly“
