“Convenient spot to grab a bite without leaving the building, which is really the main appeal here. The food was straightforward and satisfying — exactly what you want from a deli stop without any pretense. Portions were generous and it came together quickly, which is appreciated when you just want to eat and get back to it. A practical option that gets the job done.“

“I love coming here when my work send me to Seattle a couple times a week. I like to stop in the morning and get a hot cup of coffee from Manuela or Heidi cuz they are working most days around that time. I stop back in and let traffic die down and get great service from Jewel or Michelle too. The food is always hot and fresh and the coffee is hot and yummy. Better than Starbucks cuz I don't like it so bitter. They have a great parking lot. You can always watch the idiots in traffic inching along or listen to the crackheads trying to get a free meal. They are super busy with Doordash orders. I saw the same guy come in 3 different times to pick up orders in the hour I was there. They must be delivering to the motels around that area to other crackheads because every time they came in it included a few shakes and desserts. (Meth heads LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE cannot resist, crave, LOVE LOVE sweet stuff. Like pot heads get the munchies, meth heads will eat raw sugar by the spoonful.) I digress.“

“This was definitely a one-of-a-kind experience for me and my boyfriend! The lobster bomb was deliciously creamy lobster with nice crusty bread, bacon and scrambled eggs which we both enjoyed. The monte cristo introduced us to reindeer sausage while giving a good balance between savory and sweet. The true cherry on top was Chef Shawn Tibbitts tableside manner as he genuinely greets every table guest and educates us on his decolonized kitchen approach. We were so lucky to enjoy a last minute reservation as we never experienced ANYTHING like this. Looking forward to his next seasonal menu!“

“Party of 4 for my nephews birthday party. Zach was our server who had amazing presence and really knew what he was up to! Bravo to Zach. The new menu did not disappoint. 10 out of 10 - 100% recommend. We'll be back. Beignets for dessert - cherry on top of a lovely evening.“

“I went in on Sunday May 31st. everything that evening, was a little off. I wasn't pleased. So I let the managers know that there team had fallen short. Of the Bears credos and Standards. This week the whole staff was working as a team producing quality food and a welcoming, atmosphere. for people to enjoy. Awesome JOB Lakewood Black Bear Team.“
