I come here often, and Natalie recommended my new favorite drink! It's so good with half the amount of calories! She happily substituted heavy whipping cream for ice cream to lower the sugar, and it turned out great. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Their coffee is delicious and even when business was busy they were patient with me while I purchased many gift cards, each one needing to be rung up separately. I didn't feel rushed or like an inconvenience.
