They gave me the wrong drink and I didn't realize it until I got home. I drove all the way back n just asked for a black iced coffee, with out even trying to wait n listen to me she just took my cup and came back with another iced drink . I literally just wanted a black iced coffee. I just gave the coffee to a friend and gave up . Never coming here again. Waisted my time and my money.

I like the coffee quality but they had my coffee sitting on the counter while I was in the drive through with a crying kid and kept talking the other baristas and then after 5-10 minutes grabbed my like warm drink and gave it to me. I come here bc it's close to home but I will never go again if I'm in a rush or with my kid.

Went through drive through waited in line for 15 minutes, got my peppermint mocha which was luke warm, when I specifically asked for hot as possible, they then took my drink that I already drank from, put it back in the steamer and proceeded to give back to me. They contaminated their own steamer with my drink and did not clean it and began making other drinks with the same steamer.I unfortunately have a flu at the moment. I was given terrible attitude and my drink had no coffee in it or any mint flowers, just hot chocolate.

I waited in line over 10 min behind only 1 car who appeared to only get one drink. When they left and it was my turn at 5:01 they waved through the window and told me they were closed. They do close at 5 and I completely understand this but I was there almost 15 min before closing and again only 1 car ahead of me. Just not a great service experience.

Came here to study. Placed an order and sat down, everything was normal. I started to notice that the 2-3 people who ordered after me received their drinks and sandwiches first. Then the power went out. I got up to see if my drink may have been possibly been done but nope. I asked about it and they said to come back the next day cause they don’t know when the power will be back, now that part is understandable. What made me irritated was that I ordered before those people that received their things FIRST, and I ordered ONE THING, a simple vanilla steamer. No apologies were given before I left and when I came back. If I had remembered that the total was only $3.96 then there was no point in coming back for $4, but what? let them keep it?? They literally apologized to everyone but me. Told everyone else to “have a great day!” but me, the customer who was obviously not as important as the others. This very much felt racially motivated. Also overheard someone say that in her four years this never happened, referring to the power outage, then shouldn’t the service be better than this with how much experience you have…Service at Cutter’s Point in Gig Harbor actually has more quality to it because they make sure everyone feels welcomed and acknowledged, keep in mind it wasn’t even busy like that.

My mechanic recommended here. Coffee was just OK. Overpriced though. Also, barista is not friendly. Felt I welcomed. Not many sitting areas. I never gone back after one visit. Whole Foods is better in that area.

Great coffee taste with a sweetness to it, I tried their white coconut mocha, so good!

I have stopped by Cutters Point many times on my way to work in the past year. Their service is often a bit slow as they have both in-person and drive-thru service, and usually only have two baristas working at a time. The coffee is good enough and they have a variety of pastries and breakfast items (though they are often out of breakfast burritos). What prompts me to write this review, however, is my experience from this morning. I walked in to grab a 16oz Americano and stood in front of the register waiting for assistance. One of the baristas was helping a drive-thru customer and the other was standing by the espresso machine, wiping her nose with her bare right hand. That barista then turned to me shortly and asked what I'd like to drink. I relayed my order and she then proceeded to grab a cup and start making it without even attempting to clean her hands. I stopped her from continuing, asked her to please clean her hands and only then make my coffee. She obliged, though the other barista seemed to give her a smirk about this.Working in healthcare, I perhaps have a higher standard for personal hygiene. But having clean hands at all times, particularly after touching a potentially infectious part of the body like the nose, should be an absolute no brainer in a food service role.I liked having the occasional coffee from Cutters Point before, but I won't be stopping at this location in the future.
