The restaurant seats around 50 people, and during a Thursday lunch hour there was no wait and plenty of seating. One customer noted the Mt. Fuji burger was not to their personal liking due to the three different meats, but they plan to return and try something different. The restaurant is so good that one customer schedules longer layovers when flying through Seattle just to leave the airport and visit.
