The great service extended beyond just the food, including the staff and management. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, adding greatly to the experience. Every aspect has been taken into account for how it effects customer satisfaction.
I don't go often but I like to treat myself now and again. The burgers are huge and I like their soda selection. The staff is always friendly though there are rarely enough of them. Still clean and friendly and good though. The Wasabi mayo is not for everyone. And I don't think I'll be getting the fries anymore- they are always way too crunchy which I don't really like. Katsu Burger is an absolute MUST TRY! They have so many options and I honestly feel like there is no way you could go wrong! I definitely recommend their 12 spice Fries, they have a slight kick but a ton of flavor!
