Originally tried Katsu Burger for the first time at another location and had an amazing experience and meal so my hopes were high when I came to this location. Unfortunately my burger lacked flavor, was soaking wet and not enjoyable. Employees were nice but I witnessed somebody walked away after being ignored at their front counter. In addition the tables were crumby and the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. I most likely will not return to this location and recommend getting food elsewhere.

So delicious! It takes a little bit for the food to cook but they make everything to order so it is very hot and crispy, worth the wait! The curry fries are also fantastic.Vegetarian options: The tofu burger is very good!!

Great burgers! We had the Tokyo Classic and Samarui Select burgers and shared Nori Fries. The fries were yummy too. Oh and I liked the soda pop too. Classic Root beer and Agave Vanilla Cream. All was much better than typical fast food and a little more expensive. All was tasty and filling. We'll be back.Parking: Shopping center parking lot

Katsu Burger is an absolute MUST TRY! They have so many options and I honestly feel like there is no way you could go wrong! I definitely recommend their 12 spice Fries, they have a slight kick but a ton of flavor!

The great service extended beyond just the food, including the staff and management. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, adding greatly to the experience. Every aspect has been taken into account for how it effects customer satisfaction.

Location is filthy. Staff is unfamiliar with the advertising on the website. Tofu burger is supposed to be egg free tempura it's not. They do not allow substitutions at all as the owners refuse. Partner got a burger wasn't impressed. Would never go back.

I don't go often but I like to treat myself now and again. The burgers are huge and I like their soda selection. The staff is always friendly though there are rarely enough of them. Still clean and friendly and good though. The Wasabi mayo is not for everyone. And I don't think I'll be getting the fries anymore- they are always way too crunchy which I don't really like. I could only eat like 5 fries in my basket. But the curry flavoring for them is very good! Please note they charge for all fancy sauces so it's worth taking them home or not buying. To get a meal it'll be a little over 20 but you will definitely be full. Katsu chicken burger is a winner if you don't want beef.Vegetarian options: There is a tofu burgerParking: It's a large lot in a shopping area. Usually a few spots available right in front but occasionally you may need to park a little further off.

I used to like to come to this place, but they are listed as closing at 8 PM. When I got there at 7:36, they said they were closing early. They do that every day, and it's not listed in their hours. So I'm extremely disappointed that I couldn't get food. It makes no sense to list your hours of operation only to find out that they close thirty minutes before the listed time.
