Starbucks in Federal Way

“The coffee was fine and overall this seems like a nice location. The baristas are very friendly for the most part. Unfortunately, the (probably) manager (a red-head whose name I didn't catch) seems like she treats the baristas pretty harshly. I couldn't help but overhear some conversations while I was sitting in the lobby and I definitely noticed some pretty unprofessional behavior in regard to tone and attitude. At least, that's the way it looked from my end. Hence the 2-star atmosphere rating. It wasn't very pleasant.“

“What can I say? I love me some damn Starbucks coffee! I'm not too happy about the fact that they teased me with the Verona dark roast and then replaced it with the 1971 ( which is not that great in my opinion ) but what I can say is that they're always very kind, especially the females since I'm so cute, lol, anyways they always are fast, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable baristas. I'll never stop coming to you guys for a great cup of Joe. Thanks for being the world's greatest coffee drive-thru joint.“

“Adeeb deserves a standing ovation (and possibly a proposal).
I ordered my usual go-to: quad shot, 2 pumps of flavoring, light cream. Sounds simple… but somehow Adeeb turned it into the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I’m not exaggerating when I say I almost finished the entire drink before I even made it out of the parking lot.
It was so good that I had to park, walk back inside, thank him, and order another one. And he was nothing but gracious about it,like casually ruining all future coffee experiences for me.
If making perfect coffee is a love language, Adeeb is fluent. I’d marry that man. Or at the very least, trust him with my caffeine needs for life.
Give this barista a raise. Or a crown. 👑☕️“

“Friendly staff..consistantly yimmy drinks...but slow service. Seems like mobile orders and drive thru took priority to walk ins. I've been going to vsrious Starbucks since 86....this was the longest wait for a drink ever and inside the store was empty, I walked right up and ordered....“

“The Starbucks Americano is a workhorse coffee. It isn't going to impress specialty coffee aficionados looking for bright, floral, or complex notes. But if you need a powerful, low-acidity, zero-sugar energy boost that tastes the exact same every time, it is an excellent and highly dependable option. It's the perfect fuel for a busy morning.“

“Tried the orange creamsicle frappuccino.
Not bad, but definitely disappointing if you’re expecting an actual creamsicle flavor. Starbucks uses an orange powder, and it shows. The drink tastes orange-flavored rather than bright and citrusy, and the vanilla never quite brings it together.

A creamsicle should have real orange brightness, smooth vanilla creaminess, and that nostalgic frozen-treat balance. This was more like a frozen orange drink wearing a vanilla cardigan.

Not terrible. Just spiritually fraudulent. 🍊

The service was also running on fumes and vibes.“

“Can't swing a dead cat on a street corner in Seattle without hitting 4 Starbucks, and they're all making reliably good coffee! My apologies to cat-lovers. I am really a fan of small-batch roasters and boutique cafés. But Starbucks trains their baristas well.“

“This is the first Starbucks that I've been to without a customer bathroom. The misuse of facilities caused them to close out. But you can carefully cross over the drive thru exit and a small parking lot driveway to use the one at The restaurant next door. Very nice staff!“
