“The server around 9:30 am was great. she was very good in her job. We ordered a 2 dry Venti Cappuccino , 1 cappuccino with 3organic sugar and 1 cheese danish.
Who ever taking our order she was a great listener today. 10/19/2024, I should get her name.. Kudos to you all. Happy to come back!“
“all 3 times I have been here they have treated me with great kindness and respect. twice of the three times they have given me a free drink because of a hardly noticeable wait, or a small mistake. they also put notes on the drinks and all of this always makes my visit extraordinary and always makes my day. truly one of the best Starbucks I have been to“
“Excellent service and drinks. Easy to swing in and get revved up. Close to many other restaurants also.
Parking: There are a few spots up front. But it's in a strip mall area, so more parking is available with a short walk.“
“Today I was grieving a lost friend who was killed and I wanted to get his fav drink. Heidi Lynn was the one that helped me and she brightened up my whole day just like that. Heidi Lynn thank you for the name. It honestly meant the world to me ♥️“
“Grace provided an exceptional level of customer service. Despite being a drive thru transaction she showed genuine care & positivity that truly brightened up my morning. I have had nothing but positive experiences from this location & other baristas that work there. And my drinks are always perfect ! Thank You Grace & Team ! ❤️“
“This is the best Starbucks location in Puyallup. The staff is always friendly and the drinks always taste the way they should. We drive out quite a distance to use this Starbucks and we enjoy it every time!! (The best Starbucks in the area.)“
“On 1/20/23, I decided to stop by Starbucks to purchase a tall Pistachio Latte with heavy cream to keep warm while grocery shopping. Service was excellent. I like this location. It has a good amount of seating and privacy. Some seats are set up by the window for a great view and also has a fireplace ? to keep warm while you work, relax or enjoy your drink and/or food. The place is kept clean and they stock a wide range of Starbucks merchandise.“
“While waiting for my Caramel Ribbon Crunch 😊I just want to say I really appreciate Jarrod. Even while doing his job, he still took the time to talk to a man with a disability who has difficulty speaking. He was patient, listened carefully, and tried his best to respond and engage with him. As someone who works in health care, I really value seeing that kind of kindness and respect.“

“Stopped by this Starbucks with my husband last night before leaving town & had some of the BEST coffee and service from a Barista named Kelsen. He’s an absolute delight, and such a warm spirit and overall a great person to talk too in that short time frame. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Kelsen.“

“Alec was so incredibly sweet. My wife spilled her drink and he helped us clean it up and even remade it for us. We've always loved this Starbucks, we come here to brainstorm and relax on our free days. The people are always impossibly sweet and this is just a great example of why we always come back. Also the drinks are always made really well too! Thank you Hailey for remaking the drink and Alec for helping us out and turning what had been a really rough day into a better one!“

“I love that the servers and so trustworthy. I love that if they do not know the answer, they will clearly tell you that they don't. I love that personally. Starbuck Serves the BEST Pink Cakepop and Coco Cakepop. It is My daughter and nephew's most favorite treat.“

“The girls or guys at the window are always awesome, but please, for the love, to whomever makes the drinks at this location: stop shorting me on my protein cold foam. It’s expensive, and if you don’t leave enough room in the drink, give it to customers on the side. We pay for it.“

“I come to the Starbucks almost every day. I order ahead on the app and I get there and my drink. Drink is ready every time today. I ordered it on the app again and I walk in and my drink isn’t ready which wasn’t upsetting because watching them work hard short staffed and still looking through the tickets for my order to get my order Made ASAP made me happy a gentleman walks in so frustrated that he ordered 10 minutes ago and it should be ready. Life doesn’t always work the way we plan and with business businesses there is callouts and coming from food service myself. I understand completely great job guys.“

“Former Starbucks barista here, now hospital worker.. I love the baristas here, they do a great job! Sometimes the machines are “off” and the shots are a little funky but it’s not the baristas fault. Coffees are always built correctly and I can count on them being ready on my break when I mobile order. The prices are a little bit higher than a stand alone Starbucks but that’s the price we pay for the convenience offered.“

“I went back to Starbucks on 132nd street with my family after not being a partner for a while. My family and I were pleased by the third place service and above and beyond attitude Mikayla displayed. She ensured that we knew what we were ordering and made sure she welcomed us warmly, building authentic connection, helping everyone one feel like we belong, provided a comfortable environment, and showed respect and dignity especially since my parents are vegan. DEFINITELY HUGE SHOUTOUT MIKAYLA!!“
“I am greatly impressed with the quality of service I have received. On Monday, Sept 7, I stopped by the Starbucks location 3705 S Meridian around 7:35/7:40pm. The very second I pulled in the drive-thru I was greeted with “unfortunately we aren’t taking any more orders for the night because we have already started cleaning the equipment.” In the same drive thru I dialed this location, asked if it was too late to order. The employee happily greeted my service, and told me I was welcome as long as I made it within 15 minutes since they close @8pm. I was there within 2-3 mins and got my order by the time it was 7:42. I highly appreciate this teams attitude, speed of service, and ability to commit to the listed hours of operation. Definitely wanted to give this location a shoutout for making my night & fulfilling my cravings. Thank you.“
