“If anyone in charge sees this, please know that the vegan options in the café are appreciated. I have a dairy allergy, so I don’t ever get to have a pastry with my coffee when I go out- but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had vegan snickerdoodle cookies! I hadn’t had the chance to have one in a long time, and it paired well with the excellently made oat milk latte. If I had a suggestion, maybe a vegan sandwich option would be nice as well?“

“I’ve been coming here for a couple years. The service is usually great and the coffee is good. In fact, I drive a good 10 minutes out of my way almost every day to get coffee here. Hannah, one of the newer girls, had extremely disappointing service today and I'm not sure I'll be back. Hannah said hello, how are you? I responded and apparently she didn’t hear me. She repeated herself with a tone, to which I responded that I had said hi? She responded , well I didn’t hear you then asked for my order. To which she still couldn’t clearly hear me . She asked me again to repeat myself. So I did more loudly and then she got rude. Saying I’m only asking you to speak up because the machines are loud. I’ve never had such issues with having to raise my voice but if you continually ask me to speak louder and I do, don’t insinuate that I’m being rude when I’m doing what you asked? She got both drink orders wrong so I guess she really couldn’t hear me or was being vindictive about purposely making them incorrect. I asked for one drink hot and she made it iced. The other drink I asked for extra ice and she gave me extra water (as seen in pic) . She remade my hot order without apology, however very slowly which didn’t bother me to be patient . But I felt like she was purposely being slow because she was upset at me. She handed me my drink without another word. That being said I’m still rating this place 4 stars . Minus one star for Hannah and the occasional inconsistent quality of drinks from all my visits. Still not sure if I’ll be returning as I don’t want another encounter with Hannah. I supported this shop so long because I much prefer to go out of my way to support a local shop versus popular chains.“

“I stop by here every Thursday morning on my way to a 530 AM bible study, just down the road. The owner is very kind and she always treats me well. While I've never met any of her workers(she opens every Thursday), I can say that she makes the best white on white with vanilla and cinnamon.“

“Perfect little coffee shop and very convenient location. They serve iced and hot drinks. They have a variety of white coffee, regular coffee, energy drinks and smoothies. They also have plant based energy drinks. I found them on my route to work and I am very glad that I did because they have never disappointed me when it comes to coffee, and I'm not a fan of iced coffee. However, I took a chance, ordered one, and never turned back. The owner was super sweet. The gals are pretty amazing. At this point, they know what my order will be LOL!“

“The environment was so neat, my friend and I got to enjoy our food and drinks and we were never interrupted, the other customers were pleasant and non disturbing. The coffee was delicious! The staff was so friendly. American flags inside the building. An outside seating area for nicer weather. The store was extremely clean and also as odd as it sounds, the temperature was so comfortable. They were playing fun christmas music. Literally no complaints!“

“On 1/20/23, I decided to stop by Starbucks to purchase a tall Pistachio Latte with heavy cream to keep warm while grocery shopping. Service was excellent. I like this location. It has a good amount of seating and privacy. Some seats are set up by the window for a great view and also has a fireplace ? to keep warm while you work, relax or enjoy your drink and/or food.The place is kept clean and they stock a wide range of Starbucks merchandise.“

Barista was super nice and friendly, but I ordered a rockstar and 2 different flavors to go in it no price posted, I get the receipt to find it was $16 dollars! Anywhere else I've been is usually 8 or so dollars. I definitely will not be going there based solely on the price.“

Once I heard the phrases "Sugar free" and "Loaded with vitamins" my boyfriend and I had to try it. I got the Gummy Bear and he got the Southern Hospitality and both were very tasty.

“I had wanted to try afternoon tea for awhile and so for my birthday we went 😀
So many good things. We made a reservation and did the duchess tea service.

The tea selection was huge and I had a hard time deciding because there were so many good choices. I got the English pudding one I think it was called, a black tea with fruity chocolatey notes.

The food was so good. They start you with a cup of soup, today was potato chowder YUM.
Then we got fresh baked scones with options to put a raspberry jam, an apple butter and their version of Devonshire cream. The scones were hot and fresh and perfect. I have never had the cream before but now I cant wait to try other types.

After the scones we had 3 savory mini sandwiches. My 1st cucumber one ever, a ham fig and goat cheese, and then orchard chicken salad. All of them were delicious
There was fresh fruit and the last piece the sweet treats, there was a cookie and a pumpkin cream cake. I wasn't a fan of the cookie but thats my personal preference. The cake though was very good, soft with the right amount of flavor.

The server was so sweet and attentive and explained all the dishes and the process.

The only thing that I wished was different was a slightly bigger table.

I will for sure be doing this again soon as the whole experience was delightful.

Parking: There's a city parkings, the park and ride and lots of street parking. Easy walking distance.“

We've been through three different drive thru lines and are told "they can't accept gift cards right now" or "their gift card reader isn't working".Turns out there is an issue with the gift cards that was prompted by the holiday special that is being resolved. Even though the customer service at the stand itself wasn't apologetic or nice, the upper management gave me a call to explain the issue and apologize. I really appreciated his genuine concern and the attention to customer care that was given. This is a business that cares to take the time to resolve an unhappy customer.“
